HOW DO I PUT MY MENU'S IN MY FOOTER SECTION?

Can anyone help I need to put my menus at the footer section of my website I do have a lot of menus. Need Help, I am running wordpress and I have full control but i dont know how to put the codes i need in to do this.

  Whenever you have to repeat content or graphics on a web page. Usually such text will be a "running head" or "running foot" on top or bottom of the web page, however header and footer content is not constrained to the top and bottom; it can show up anywhere on the web page-- in the same put on every web page (however some material could be powerful; for example, a web page number could change on every page).
  
  Whenever you need to place text at the beginning or end of a document that will sit tight and be out of the way.

You could try something like this plug in WordPress › Menu on footer « WordPress Plugins

  Just go to Menu option.
  
  Create New Menu and name it Footer Menu.
  And then select all pages [check box] and put them
  all into Footer Menu.
