I was just closed out of the Amazon Associate Program because Minnesota passed a new tax law. So people here on the forum suggested Viglinks, this is what it says in their policy about are those who are not eligible to use viglinks

(K) any publisher that is a resident of any jurisdiction for which participation in the Program is prohibited, as described in Section 2 of the Operating
Agreement (i.e., AR, CO, IL, NC, MN, and RI).

Is anyone in these states listed above or others that have had their account closed and now using another platform to continue with Amazon linking? and what are my choices? and how to set it up if I need to go to another state.

looking for instructions on how and where to do this. Would I have to go there or can it all be done online? Where do I get a non PO box address and then get it redirected to MN? Can anyone point me to an ebook or the steps to set it all up? Surely there is someone that has done this that can give some steps to take. like get address redirect to mn, open bank act with biz (with LLC? or just registered biz name ok?) Will amazon accept me with the same name as I am also a seller on Amazon, I believe I would have to have a second act for the biz?

Just spoke with Skimlinks and they are still working with Amazon Affiliates, so will go with them until I find out more. The new tax law details are still being figured out for Minnesota. Prayin they will reinstate MN affiliates, I guess CA has been reinstated so there is hope.
I also heard from Skip McGrath that Amazon tracks your IP and computer so don't attempt something on your own unless you have a separate computer and IP, He advised me against it. I may just find other companies to work with.
