Conventional ways in making money from videos.

I plan on making online content which is primarily going to be entertainment above all else, given that I can gain a sufficient amount of viewership, how would I go about monetizing it?

What are some ideas you have off the top of your head?

And no, I do not plan on creating content for others.

    1. Place an affiliate link in your description. Be sure to cloak the link though
    2. Make a squeeze page, place the link in the description box and build a list which you can monetize later
    3. If your views are really high and that entertainment video is really going viral, you can consider offering to place someone else's link in the description box for a price

    P.S. Just ensure the links are related to your videos

    Keep it interactive and engaging above all else. Ask for viewers input and let them steer the course of your videos (even if they really don't.. Give them the perception they do). This is pretty much the key.
