Advantages of Hiring a Marketer vs Using Services?

Hi Warriors,

I'm just in the process of considering bringing a marketing specialist on board and wondered if you guys had any tips on finding the right one? Also, what are your experiences of having someone on your team compared to using a marketing company?

    In my experience working with someone is far more rewarding than hiring a company.

    You can bounce ideas of one another and boost motivation and hit deadlines more easily when you have a one on one relationship.

    As for how to select a marketer, that's more difficult. You need to find someone you are happy to work with and can be sure will meet your targets.

    I would suggest the first thing to do is vet the skill set of anyone who approaches you and then, if they seem to fit what you're looking for, set up a Skype conversation to see how you both get on.

    It depends. If you already know how to generate free traffic, you can train a VA. Or you can refer a VA to free traffic generation guides and the VA can learn for himself. You pay based on PRODUCTIVITY. This is the key, you have to pay for results.

    Going with a company is easier because there is no training and you pay for results. Or you should. Steer clear of companies that won't stick to a quota.
