Contacted by iprospect and tug agency about site competitions
Hi all,
In the past week I have been contacted by both iprospect.com and tugagency.com to discuss a reality tv site I've worked on for a couple of years. Both are interested in offering prizes for competitions that I would run on my site. One said they're contacting me on behalf of a pretty big online department store, the other are saying they want to offer complementary tickets for an attraction.
Have I just got old and cynical thinking that there is something strange about this as I have only been contacted inthe past with spam, so I'm wondering where the catch is? Has anyone here had dealings with either company?
Really strange bit is that I'm working on a separate competition site right now. Would it be bad form to try and convince them to work out a deal for the other site?
Not sure if this is a good break for my reality tv site or something scammy.
Any advice GREATLY appreciated, if these offers are real, they'd be a pretty big coup for me!
