I've just spent an interesting couple of hours watching what a few Warriors do online (it's stuff they don't talk about).

It began when I decided to manually clear out my bulk email inbox (the one I use for listbuilders, safelists etc.), and it didn't take long to identify a few patterns like:

Who is using each service
What they are promoting (and how)
How often they promote
Which email subjects/headlines seem to be successful - based on how often they are used (or variants).
How they structured the top of their marketing funnel

Without exception the safelist/list builder ads and TE pages led to a simple squeeze page which was the top of the marketing funnel and from there they started using sublists and freebies leading to paid products (and customer lists).

Very interesting stuff indeed - It's time to do likewise (especially since I now have a good swipe file)
