JVZoo Experts... I have a tracking question...

I've used Warrior+ for years but decided to try out JVzoo after hearing some great things about it.

Here's where I'm stuck... I can't for the life of me figure out how to promote my own product and get the tracking ID's to work.

Based on the post they have in their knowledge base, your link should look something like this with a tracking ID attached:
yoururl[.]com/x/xxxxx/xxxxx/?tid=yourtrackingID

Now, I'm pulling that link by going to my seller's dashboard, clicking the 'affiliates details page' under the specific product and clicking 'Get links'.

Is there such a thing as a vendor link in JVzoo like there is in Warrior+? I really need to figure this out or just implement my own analytics so I can start my paid traffic campaigns.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Traditionally, a 3rd party tracking script (CPVLab, Prosper202) or traffic source (Bing, Adwords) will create and pass along a unique TID in the clicked URL. JVZoo then picks up on the TID and associates it with the transaction (JVZoo buy button must be on the page). Later on, you need to play a game of "pin the tail on the transaction" so you can see what keyword converted into a sale by matching up JVZoo's TID to your 3rd party script or traffic source. Some scripts do this by uploading a file. I don't think the bigger scripts out there integrate with JVZoo.

BTW, Zaxaa also has vendor and affiliate tracking and they don't contact your customer list.

And if you want upsell heaven, www.Nanacast.com.

Awesome! Thanks man! Do I have the right URL structure though if I want to create my own tracking ID?

Well... nevermind. Just got my answer from the support desk:

"The tracking reporting system is still being worked on right now. The tracking will be up and fully functional as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your patience in this."

Having problems with my tracking id's now as well. Is this a JVZoo problem? Really sucks not knowing which traffic converted...
