I've registered a domain, and was wondering if it had potential. www.criticalblogs.com

Every domain has potential. If you have a vision of what you want your website to be, go for it. Don't stop until you're successful.

By itself, I don't see much value in it. If you had a vision for it and built a site and got traffic going to it, and even revenue, then it would be worth something.

Very few domains have significant value merely based on the name (with the exception of 1 word domains like cats.com). Most require a plan for content, monetization etc... that is where the value lays. Look at CraigsList, the value is not the domain but the concept/content.

  Depends what you want to use it for, what are your goals? will you put a blog on it?
  
  You can turn it into a directory of blogs of different categories,
  
  eg,
  -health blogs,
  -weight loss blogs
  -Traffic generation blogs
  -affiliate blogs
  -army training blogs
  -many others
  
  so it can become a directory for blog directories.

Just the name alone does not make me want to visit it as I don't know what it's about. But if you add great content to it and maybe even monetize it, it would have great potential.
