If the website is well established and getting organic traffic from search engines then it should sustain its earnings with little effort on your part.

I'd be very skeptical of a 1 month old site with revenue. With a 1 month old site with no history, you can't be certain that it would continue to earn money and you can't even be certain that the income isn't fake and traffic as well.

very difficult to analyze the traffic and income with one month old site, there is possibility it can all have been faked, you need to be very careful when buying new sites without having long history of traffic and income.
