Amazon 24 hour cookie....

Well, I do know about this cookie but I want to know does this work if a user is clicking through from a mobile/tablet?

Also, if it is through the mobile/tablet would it only work if purchased from those devices? or what if they use their at home wiFi with there devices?

    Most likely have to be from the same device... I think. I think cookies need to be enabled on the device as well, not 100% sure.

    They would need to make the purchase from whatever device they clicked on your affiliate link with - otherwise Amazon would have no way of knowing it was the same person.

    If they did it by IP address then just imagine if someone from a college clicked their own affiliate link each day from the school computer then any sales for that day got credit to their affiliate link just because they all used the same IP

      Wholly cow. Imagine if that glitch happened just once.

      But yeah, definitively, it's a 24-hour cookie per device/computer.
