Twitter tool that targets other peoples followers...

I am curious if there is tool that will follow other peoples followers.

I know most tools I have found to automate following that I have found are keyword search based. Well, depending on the niche, that is not always that accurate... sometimes it is really inaccurate.

So, lets say I want to target Business Owners in Siberia and I find 3 people who cater to business owners in Siberia. I want to be able to input their Usernames into the software and let it go out and follow a certain number of their followers each day.

Any leads on something like that?

    FlashTweet does that. It's a little buggy above 10K followers, but it works and is free.

      Sweet. That is what I was looking for... I have only checked out FlashTweet once, but I didn't notice that.

      You seem to be a wealth of twitter knowledge! LOL

      How about mass deletion of DMs?

      How about managing multiple accounts in one interface?

      I wish I could find all the features in one place... gets tiring jumping from site to site.

      Anyone have any others?

        Hmmm... upon further review... not sure FlashTweet is the way to go.

    Hummingbird. Watch the youtube video in my sig, it'll exactly answer your questions. (it will manage multiple accounts, that's not mentioned in the video)

    It doesn't do the mass deletion of DM's though - you can do that with tweetlater.com (free).
