1SC down hours today, right during launch

6 hours and couldn't take orders during a launch. That's disappointing. Well at least in my "sorry if you couldn't order" email I'll send tomorrow, I'll add that twitter link as proof so people can see it was a genuine multi-hour outage (not false scarcity/server crashed shenanigans etc).
I added paypal backup links to my site as soon as I found out earlier today. Any other suggestions, what to say in an email to apologize for those who couldn't order? I want to be authentic as always, and sincere, and do something to mitigate the situation.
