Hey folks,

I'm ramping up my PLR business again, but I'm wondering how much warriors actually use the graphics that come with PLR bundles?

By graphcis I mean an ebook cover, minisite sales page, etc.

Personally I just get the graphics redone most of the time, but wanted to see what everyone else does.

If you mean graphics from the book cover, inside an ebook, etc., no. Even though people offer "full rights" to everything they're selling they often don't have the authority to offer rights to many, if not all of the images.

When someone buys images for a project they're most often granted use rights to use them only for their product. They usually don't have the rights to pass any license on to others. With so many legit owners of images running around tagging people for unauthorized use it's not smart to assume you can use an image from PLR products even when the seller of those products says you can.

This is a good point, and part of why I'm second-guessing including graphics in my PLR packages from now on, since I outsource the graphic creation.

Of course I could ask for proof of the license that came with the image too, and pass that on, or just make graphics that don't use images (mainly text).

Most people won't have proof of license and for those who do, and look closely at it will find they don't have the rights to pass it on. That type of license is pricey and most people aren't willing to pay.
