How do I find affiliates that are promoting another product?

I'm looking to recruit affiliate for a product I'm launching. I was thinking it would be best to find similar products that have affiliate programs and reaching out to their top affiliates.

Let's say I have a clickbank product in mind that is similar to mine. How do I find which affiliates are promoting that product (and which are the most successful)?

    There's no one place you can go to find this type of information unfortunately.

    You'll need to do a bit of detective work. Look for review sites in your niche and see which ones rank well and would be getting a lot of traffic. Contact the owners of those websites.

    Also look for authority type websites that are building lists.

    With this website (Google Sniper for exmaple), you could find out who are promoting which product on which website with what ip as well as any other products that particular affiliate is also promoting!

    Unfortunately, it's really hard (almost impossible) to find out the ranking or the most successful affiliates..

    You might need to do some homework just as Will mentioned above.

    What type of homework and research can I do to find affiliates that are promoting a specific product? I wish there was a way to find the most successful ones for a product that is very similar to yours... maybe there are some creative methods of finding this?

      Some simple search you could do is, "product name + jv leaderboard" or "product name + jv blog". If they have a jv leaderboard, you'll easily find the top affilaites of that product!
