Domain Name Value: easyads.com

A work colleague of mine has owned the easyads.com domain name for several years, with its initial intention of becoming an ads / classified site.

As you'll see from the site itself, it's never been worked on.

We were talking about the possibility of selling the domain, but no idea where to start in terms of what sort of value you'd attribute to it.

I wondered if it was worth developing the domain name a little e.g. implementing some sort of web site, that might then add value?

Any advice or suggestions much appreciated.

    Not sure it's necessary. I would just put it in a domain auction with a reserve.

    Its a great domain name.

    easily memorable and brandable.

    you might want to go to domain name forums like sitepoint or digitalpoint and see what people think its worth.... if you are sure you want to sell it.

    Not sure it'll ad a huge value to the domain in the short term by building a website on it!
