Essential on-page marketing ideas/must-haves? (+ some of mine)
I'm working on my new site, having been out of the game for a while.
From what I gather, "must haves" no include:
Google Authorship tags
Google+ and Facebook share links
Facebook like box (best in a small popup?)
Calls to action (for example to encourage commenting, and other interaction with your site)
Once these basic foundations are in place, I guess we just keep on creating content, hawking for guest posts, and give give give lots of value. Am I heading in the right direction?
