To those that have a real email newsletter. I have aquestion.

Greetings,


I have a newsletter that goes out once a week. I finally created my own product and want to promo it to my list.

How do I promote it along with my newsletter to where I don't start sending my list lots of emails. My newsletter is short and not more than 1,200 words.

Do I send out a separate sequence for the product or do I soft sale it at the bottom of the newsletter?

Any assistance is appreciated.

    I would create 4 videos for your list.

    The first three videos are awesome content which you list will love and the fourth video is explaining what your new product is and why they will love it.

    Because you're using video you can still have your normal newsletter but in each newsletter you casually mention "...and I've just created a new xyz video for you that I know you're going to love, click here to check it out."

    Don't rush it.

    I'd start mentioning it 'coming' at least 2 weeks before launching it.

    Then, start talking about content that will have them wanting more about the topic that your report about. So if it's about adsense, start talking about adsense and then offer your paid report to learn more.

    You can also use an optin page and get better conversion rates and offer people who are interested more info about the topic and the chance to maybe get a bonus, early bird notice or something like that in exchange for optin in.

    Do both...announce the product is coming to build excitement and to allow yourself the ability to email several times about the coming launch. Also do post launch emails.

    Then add it as a link in your normal newsletter going forward.
