Why are my sites taking forever to load??

I have a Wordpress blog and a squeeze page which are both hosted on Bluehost. Recently, both my blog and squeeze page are taking forever to load. Is this because of Bluehost or another reason? :confused:

The squeeze page is: Global Wellness Guide
The blog is: Global Wellness Blog

How can I make both of these load faster?

Also, is it possible to switch my hosting without messing anything up?
And how would I go about doing that?

    If you have a lot of plugins taking up resources, that will slow your load time down. That was a problem I had at one time.

    Ya It does take forever to load. Not too technical in this issues but I was fed up of blue host and changed to VPS.

    ( you page is still loading when I was writing this, And suddenly I almost died hearing the video sounds on your website as my speakers were on full volume)

    i check your site and loading pretty well for me, quite fast i think.. but if other get the same problem maybe there is a problem with your hosting or maybe if you use wordpress you can use plugin that can make you site load faster, like wp super cache, w3 total cache, WP Minify, or else

    Probably because there's 479 other websites on that IP alone. Just imagine how many other IP's are assigned to that GoDaddy server! Find a better web host.

    2.Unoptimized images, gifs or flash.
    3.Use of many external media.
    4.Invalid tags and plugins.

    The site seems to be loading fine, but I would be wary about being on the same server as a ton of other sites. You can take a look at some other hosting companies and test out the service.

    Moving to a new host would not affect your site at all. Most hosts will offer free migration.

    You'll simply move your files to your new account, and once everything is ready you change your DNS to point to the new server. As soon as your domain propagates it'll be showing the files on the new site. There won't be any downtime.
