Is anyone here actually a millionaire?

I'm curious if anyone posting from this forum has made a million dollars from Internet Marketing.

100's of them. But that's not gonna make us money!

Learn from them, make yourself better.

Agreed...many millionaires are WF members...but I suspect those are the members who are taking the most meaningful action.

Wishing it and dreaming it aren't enough.

As always, you 'hit the nail on the head' Kenster.

To be a millionaire you have to do a million things.

Obviously I've not seen personal bank statements, but
I suspect many members here are seven figure earners.

This is actually kind of comical when you think about it...

I can point out 1,000,000 sales pages that claim the author is a millionaire, but when you actually think about it, only a few names come to mind, is that irony?

A 'million things' was a slight exaggeration tbh,it was to highlight the point that you need to take a lot of action.

I concur that you can succeed by doing a few things well but you still need to do a lot of things to do a few things well.

The truth of the matter is, there are plenty of millionaires here... both in terms of money in the bank, and business revenue per year.

That said, the reason so many of them don't post here very often, or at all, is because their posts get buried under countless posts from rookies and newbies trying to make a name for themselves...

Post count, and "thanks" count on the forum are counterproductive...

Members here tend to think that if someone was "thanked" X number of times, they must know what they're talking about, or be some kind of expert... that couldn't be further from the truth. In many cases, you're getting thanks simply for being someone who spends countless hours on the forum while sitting on your toilet with an iPad in hand.

You replied first, so you get a thanks! Or someone googled the answer for me and posted it... so you get a thanks!

I can't tell you the number of times I've had people tell me that I don't know what I'm talking about... when in fact, I have the data, and multiple years of consistent profits, to prove that I'm telling the truth. But, there's a "herd" mindset on forums, and if you're not one of the popular kids, your opinion, even if it's the only one based on fact, is often ignored because one of the popular kids said something that contradicts your position.

That's why so few successful people post on any message board very often... they'd much rather hang out, in person, among peers, who will actually listen to what they're saying, and engage in constructive dialog.

There's no "post count" at a mastermind session, and no "thanks" count either...

But without those imaginary internet points... how would you know who to trust? LOLLOLOLO

        -Gary

P.S. Quick edit... just wanted to state this isn't my opinion, it's a fact. I've had this conversation, in person, with well over 50 marketers who are either millionaires, or damn near close to it... and I can tell you that all of them are more than well aware of the Warrior Forum.

I only check in here anymore to make sure no one is posting garbage about one of the many free services I run... many other marketers just hire people to do that for them.

Man, I don't know, I would have to say anyone that can sit on a toilet for hours is worthy of a thanks or two. I would have to shoot them one just for stamina.

I 100% agree, and that's the very reason as of why it's sometimes difficult to get a valid business advise from the forums: too many high-post newbies posting as if they knew their craft, whereas in fact they can barely pay the rest from their online revenue.

Plenty have, and a lot more have created real online businesses for themselves that pay their bills and provide a comfortable lifestyle.

Google's real, so is facebook. The internet isn't really a scam, even if your mom said it is. If you want a real online business, treat it as such and you can succeed online.

If you're trying to be a millionaire overnight.. give up now and save your time. Making real money online is like running a business, and nothing like pushing a few buttons on a piece of software or playing a video game.

i'm a new absolutely new newbie and most of the conversation here is greek to me BUT!!! I have a plan, I'm not afraid of work (hard work) and I understand the concept of a learning curve. I'm probably more creative than I am intelligent, but I think I can work hard enough to get the info I need. I'm also very determined and patient. My plan involves internet marketing but that isn't ALL of my plan. Now where to begin. Where to begin?:confused::confused::confused::confused:

Many of the IM multi-millionaires that I personally know, spent
a lot of time in their early days learning, making connections,
testing, and networking right here on the forum.

Two that immediately come to mind are Mike Filsaime, who use
to post a LOT of questions and comments here, but also did a
lot of networking. I can remember him bouncing emails and ICQ
messages off me in the middle of the night.

Russell Brunson is the second one. While Russell was still a
college student, he asked a lot of questions on the forum, set
big goals, but more importantly took massive action!

I remember Russell not having enough money to make one
big ticket purchase, so he reached out to a number of his
friends... including some fellow Warriors and they figured out
how to make that purchase happen... and then they spun that
purchase into a lot of money.

There are also a lot of Warriors who are millionaires who did not
make their money in the IM niche, but do frequent the forum,
and use the forum in much the same way that internet marketers
    do

      That's not necessarily the case...

Take a look at my "vacation club."

      http://www.viewbix.com/v/Mansionhost...9-0cb31e3fd88e

Very few of these guys are internet marketers... but a few are.... and
"internet marketing" as most people do it... even those that you'd consider
successful, doesn't afford this kind of lifestlye... unless you work it
      properly.

What internet marketing, and networking... attending live events, and
going on mastermind cruises in particular did was allow me to make
      CONNECTIONS.

Those connections, just as connections you make here everyday on the
forum, are perfectly willing to work with and even help you, provided it
benefits them. No handouts... but helping hands are definitely extended.

It's out there... but you have to be willing to go for it... and also to
realize that it's not totally free... for most people!

We know how to say no

We don't borrow money from each other except in formal business
      arrangements

And we network on a mega-level

And... we let intuition guide us in knowing who to trust, and who is full of
      crap

    Complexity,

That's a tough question as most reputable IMers won't broadcast their total earnings. I have a feeling that many of the marketers who are anxious to share their huge incomes are anxious to hype their earnings in order to sell you their system or gizmo.

I can tell you one thing that I know absolutely and for sure . . . I have NOT made a million dollars from Internet marketing.

I may have a unique insight because my law office will be contacted about various issues and everything is privileged, including what people make and their stories.

There are many who claim to be successful, even millionaires, and are not. Not even close. Often, they are flat broke.

Some have made millions online and spent it all.

Others have made a lot of money and you never know this from their forum participation.

In short, when you see someone claiming riches (especially in connection with selling a product) I would be suspicious. But I also would not discount someone with a few posts, especially if they are a long time member. There is an incredible amount of talent on the forum. Many of these people do not post nearly enough.

Conversely - we may just be too busy working hard to keep the business growing and evolving the sales funnels to ensure the millions rolling rather then making posts every day!

Yeah there's possibly a few hundred of them with profiles on the forum.
Most of them like George Brown and the likes own their own products
that are very popular among affiliates.

I'm sure theirs some drop shippers and import/export brokers on here that have
    tapped some millions.

The copywriters on here also probably earn some big coin because that
industry is always in high demand.

There's a guy here name Vic Hutchinson thats made millions off the headache niche
    alone.

Millionaires have accounts here but If anyone here actually believes that millionaires sit on this forum they are delusional.

Most successful people dont have the time and or have better things to do even if they have an account or not.

Most people here from what ive seen over the years are a mix bag of self employed people making anywhere from minimum wage all the way up to I'd say about 150K per year (and those are few and far between).

The rest are struggling newbies, people just having a sniff around, people that work full time but supplement their income via IM (like me).

Being a millionaire and making a million from IM may be two distinctly different things. I know a number of people on here that have made loads of money, definitely in the million plus club, but have a pretty atrocious net worth. Doing a million plus in sales doesn't really mean much either if one only nets a small fraction of that.

But the question has already been answered, yes, there are actually millionaires that frequent our dear forum.

Many questions don't 'matter' in life. Why does gravity exist? This question is merely understanding the physics behind gravity, although it technically doesn't matter why gravity exists as there is nothing we can do about it (unless leaving Earth (but then there will still be gravity acting upon yourself)). Just because the question doesn't matter, doesn't mean it isn't interesting to know the answer.

I think what he meant was, sitting around asking who has a million dollars isn't going to get you any closer to making a million dollars. So what do you hope to achieve from asking the question? Anyone can make a million dollars. But you have to want it and work extremely hard.

True. But we already know that most people who make big money were (and still are) just ordinary people like us. There;s no question as to whether it's possible or not.

I think better motivation comes from within. If you look around at a lot of the big stars who have made a ton of money they will tell you their hard luck story that drove them to work so hard to make that money.

            Lets define a Millionair:
A millionaire (originally and sometimes still millionnaire[1]) is an individual whose net worth or wealth is equal to or exceeds one million units of currency. It can also be a person who owns one million units of currency in a bank account or savings account.
            Source Wikipedia.
I'm not sure that there are hundreds on this forum as some are suggesting, i would say far fewer...
Just by knowing there are millionaires or even if you know one personally means nothing, zip, nada.
You may not have the same drive, knowledge or unique qualification that they have, that's why there are so few compared to the general working population.

I was best friends at school with the guy who started Paypal and now owns SpaceX. Does that mean i got some extra motivation or a leg up to make millions, no because i'm not him. I make enough and i'm happy where i am.
He started with $2000 and a plan which he implemented and built on, he did catch a break here and there but ultimately it was his vision, determination and know how which propelled him to where he is today...

Network Marketing and Real Estate are some of the best ways to make it to the status of millionaire. I knew this and after reading this thread decided to use google to see for sure. Pulled up several authority sites and they all pretty much said the same thing. It sounds like you need to be empowered and learn success. Read "the science of getting rich" by Wallace Wattles. I agree,it's all about the Net Profit.

A true millionaire can make a million and lose a million and then go out and make another million.

There's a big difference between having a million dollars and having a million dollar mindset.

I know it was just being used as an example, and it is not to be taken literally, but the nerd inside me cringed and I needed to point it out... gravity is one of the most fundamental and at the same time mysterious things in modern science ;-)

Not only do millionaires hang out in this forum but millionaires have been made as a direct result of this forum.

I can personally say that the WF played a major part in my success

The forum is full of gold if you know how to spot opportunity and that is one of the reasons I make it a point to stop in at least once a day. I can guarantee you that many more millionaires will be born out of this forum.

Someone mentioned the Internet Marketer lifestyle and that millionaire marketers would be enjoying the IM lifestyle instead of spending time in a forum. Now I can only speak for myself but I can tell you this...for me, its not like that at all.

For the most part I still work 7 days a week and I put in 12 hours or more daily behind the screen, I haven't had one day go by in the past 10 or so years where I haven't at least logged on to check my email and that includes all major holidays.

I do take a vacation every once in awhile but even then I work a couple hours each day of vacation before I get out to enjoy it but then again, Im a serious workaholic and work hard everyday to generate more income.

The Internet Marketers lifestyle that you see portrayed on sales pages and promo videos only show you one part of the complete picture.

Good question, this reminded me of that old yarn about a moderator at a large conference introducing the next speaker.
“ Ladies and gentlemen it is now my great pleasure to introduce the next speaker Mr. Mike Nichols”.
“Mike has made a million dollars in the Internet Marketing business. Please if you would, give a warm round of applause for Mr. Mike Nichols”.

“Thank you, thank you everyone for that warm welcome. It’s great to be here and address you all today”.
“Before I start I feel I need to address a couple of errors”.
“My name is not Mike Nichols, it’s Mike Mitchell, and I’m not in the Internet Marketing business, I’m actually in the Real Estate business, and it wasn’t me who made the million dollars it was my brother and actually he didn’t make a million dollars in fact that’s what he lost”.

I have not yet but I will! Especially with Internet marketing. Thats going to be the main feed. For me its coming down to how I think! Its tough thats for sure but when you do it you build character. Success is a skill and all skills are learnable.

The best part is you can start for free and right now with the help of this tool the internet we have. Find yourself a couple of mentors of successful individuals and follow what they do. If you want to be a millionaire you need to think like a millionaire and think big.

Pick up a copy of the book "The Millionaire Mind" by T. Harv Eker and study this book like its part of your college education and just see what happens!

My biggest tip is to learn to open your perspective and not be narrow minded.
Because of this tool of the internet and the people that I get to associate with because of this Internet marketing industry has helped and is helping me to grow and be better and I never want it to stop...

    Complexity,

I'm sure quite a few have "made" a million dollars per year from IM... Just like many Contractors and other "offline" business owners...

But, it is not how much you "make"... It is how much you actually put in your pocket... after paying Affiliates... and paying for traffic, hosting, autoresponder, etc....

Even if you've put millions in your pocket, it does not mean your net worth is a million.... You need to look no further than the countless pro athletes who sign a $90 million dollar contract... and five years later... They are flat broke.

Ponder this.... As you go through your day, think about the people you see..... and how you perceive "artifacts of wealth."

If you believe research from "The Millionaire Next Door," there is a high probability the guy dressed in jeans driving a Ford Taurus has greater net worth than most of the guys in suits driving Porsches....

I just want to thank the established for chiming in here. Respect.

Yesterday I was wondering the stats on warrior income to time invested, success to drop out ratio, and also dollars invested to dollars earned equation. As a coder, I guess I'm a bit of a data junkie and the hype was really starting to buzz me. This thread has returned my confidence, and again I thank those who've spoken up either on their own accord or to give props to the leaders and mentors that have definitely made it with internet marketing.

    Take-aways here:
There ain't no business like a real business, internet or not. And we all know that there's definitely money to be made online. It's mega-billion dollar industry, and someone's got to earn it!

This is a good question and a lot of people will always ask this same question to eradicate skepticism and be a believer to earning a substantial amount through internet marketing. As far as I am concerned, yes not just a handful of people earn a living in internet marketing but making income by a million in a year or even less. This is through hard work and devotion.

I have never understood why people post these kinds of threads. Who cares?

There are three kinds of people:

Those who have made decent money online
Those who haven't made decent money online
Those who say they have, but probably haven't

There is a 4th category: those who say they haven't, but probably have - but we don't see too many of them around here!

The truth is that it doesn't matter in the slightest which category any other forum member is in. The only thing that matters is which category do you WANT to be in and WHAT are you doing to achieve it?

I can certainly understand why this question gets asked...

The WF is frequented by many who are new to IM, because they are new and are searching for a way to create an online income they have inevitably seen all the BS headlines claiming easy millions. The gullible immediately signup and the skeptical or not so gullible either ignore or research those claims.

What I dont understand is why so many successful marketers are reluctant to talk about it but are not afraid to mention it on there sales pages or WSO's.

Frank Kern openly tells anyone who will listen that he is a 2x cash millionaire.

Mike Filsaime opened up his business for all to see in 7 Figure Code.

If anyone is interested or cares...

Ill share my story of how I have made multi millions in profits not just for myself but also for another WF member as a direct result of this forum.

Back closer to the boom era of the internet they did. And everyone was open about which sites they ran back then. So you knew exactly who was who. Whereas in the current environment of ultra competitiveness nobody in their right mind would post what they run. Certain people take advantage of this climate by making bogus income claims or riding positive rumors about them without ever having to back it up.

As the legions of newbies took over the forums around 2005 or so the truly knowledgeable stopped posting entirely or drastically changed what they posted about. Then the second flood of newbies came after developing nations got online and that was the final straw for most. After that was a flood of very flaky newbies brought in from the economic recession. A lowering of the collective IQ of a forum is the #1 way to lose the good posters.

To the OP..... if you are asking this question because you need proof that you can make money online, yes, you can. I would just be very careful of what you read. Much of the info found on any forum, blog or ebook isn't exactly optimal for 2013. A lot of it was designed for 2003 and is merely publicly available hand me down knowledge rather than personal experiences. Specifically, I would be very wary of anyone telling you to base your living around email lists, squeeze pages and Clickbank ebooks.

I see Willie Crawford posted on this so I guess it is o.k. to identify him as an Internet millionaire. I remember reading an article by him several years ago where he said he posted the numbers $2739.72 by his computer monitor where he saw it over and over everyday as he worked.

Take that times 365 days in a year and you will get how much you need to earn everyday to make $1 Million Dollars in a year online. I have never forgot that.

Let me also throw one thing out here as well. There used to be an Internet MLM program called Retire Quickly. Part of the program as training on how to be an "Virtual Millionaire" which is attainable by anyone in this forum.

Earn $5k a month in passive income and be debt free. You are a Virtual Millionaire because this would be the same as having $1 Million Dollars invested at a 6% annual return which would earn you $5k a month for 12 months.

    Anyone here a Virtual Millionaire?

As far as I know, there is nothing that can give you a 6% yield that is very safe. The safest you can get are US Treasury bonds that are yielding just over 2% at the moment.

However, this brings up another point for discussion. Most people would consider earning $100,000 a year a decent income. It would take 10 years to earn 1M. Now presuming that you save up $50000 a year (which is very unlikely). It will take 20 years to save 1M if you put it in a bank account with almost no interest.

Therefore, the only realistic way is to invest the money into something that can grow. The most common would be property or stocks but it is possible to lose money on both if the timing is not right or that you have made a poor or unlucky selection.

Tax lien certificates, guaranteed by various governmental bodies, pay
up to 50% interest... and that doesn't have to be annualized. You could
be a tax lien certificate today, and if the U.S. property owner paid his back
taxes, and the certificate paid says just 15%... and you had owned the
certificate, you could earn 15% on your money in a single day.

There are numerous other things that pay just as well and they are as
safe as the governmental entity backing them :-)

While this is a valid question, the more valid question is this:

How many people in IM who claim to be millionaires (or truly are millionaires) are actually just guilty of paradox of practice?

A Paradox of Practice exists when someone promotes a moneymaking strategy but that strategy is not what made him or her rich. In other words, they're not practitioners of their own advice

-The above excerpt is from the book: The Millionaire Fastlane: Crack the Code to Wealth and Live Rich for a Lifetime.

I suspect the majority of people in IM who are millionaires or claim to be, only make their money by selling their "how to make money online" products. In other words, they don't make their money by the methods they actually teach.

Also, this forum is dangerous because you have a lot of people who freely give out advice and are just as broke or even more broke than the next guy. Take every piece of advice and product sold in the WSO section with a HUGE grain of salt.

Some people actually walk the walk, others just parrot the talk and have never actually done what they tell people to do in their products or in forum advice. Your best bet is to be able to spot the people who actually know what they're talking about and do what they say to do and not just tell you to do something, and they don't actually do it themselves.

    Complexity:

I have been in IM since 1999, last year being my best I reached a bit more than 61% of that number. This year with the algo changes I won't do that well. Each year since 99 I did a bit better for myself. In 2001 I stopped working in an office as a ERP functional sales consultant and have migrated 100% to IM.

You can really accomplish anything in IM.
You have the ability to broadcast your message, and sell to the entire world.

I would be very wary about that. I have seen videos of earnings in the WSO section that are very likely to be faked. Typically, it would show the WSO seller logging into his PayPal account which shows let's say $250,000. If you watch that carefully, you will see that the frame was not continuous. It is likely that the screen of account shown is actually a modified pdf file.

There are obviously financial instruments that return a very high yield and whose availability differs in different countries. These instruments carries a low risk and are mainly available to those who have excess cash. We have got lots of structured products over here but I dare not touch them. They are safe more than 90% of the time but you could end up in trouble if things do not turn out well. One example would be that you can get a 15% interest rate provided that the stock price of HSBC remains above a certain value at the end of a certain period. If not, you would be obligated to buy the stock. There are also various instruments linked with currencies that are popular as well. Personally, I prefer to invest in high yielding stocks as it is something I understand and risk that I am willing to take. The average yield of my stocks is 3.8% at the moment and there is no double taxation over here.

I'd like to add what Gary wrote because he brought up some very good points. There are plenty of successful Warriors here, some of the bigger names started out in this very forum.

The ones that I talk and mastermind with have told me they don't post here for some of the reasons Gary already mentioned, but they also don't post here because they have name recognition and they get attacked by the haters. And sometimes that leads to a groupthink mentality where the other keyboard jockeys pile on.

Why would any successful marketer put up with that for any long period of time?

I remember when John Reese and Mike Filsaime used to post here regularly. Even Marlon Sanders would pop in every once in awhile. Some of their posts were pure gold and then the haters would show up and start attacking them.

Another reason some stop posting here is because they've built up their own community and/or forum, so it makes more business sense for them to spend their time there instead of here.

But to answer the OP's question, yes, there are actual millionaires here, but from my observations they don't post here very often.....at least the ones that I know of.

The people you are referring to must maintain control of their false image, so they generally do not post on public forums that they have no control over.

When someone calls their teachings into question on their private paid forums, the posts are deleted and the customer threatened with removal from the program. Something along the lines of "This course isn't a good fit for you." When in reality they just don't want other customers seeing those kind of posts.

They can't do that here on WarriorForum, so they don't post here.

A million dollars really isn't that much money. I'm not there, yet, but I've made significant progress.

The trick is to not waste the money you get.

Spend your internet earnings on hookers and blow and you'll never get anywhere.

Sink it into good real estate and get some renters to pay the mortgage for you. That will leverage your internet money into millions.

$1,000,000 has become a very manageable amount of money to make from internet marketing for lots of people with the MOTIVATION to do so.

20 years ago was a bit different, It was rare to find millionaires around especially on the internet unless they had a viral business such as google or facebook.

Now, one million dollars is a somewhat manageable goal.

So...NO ONE is the answer to your question. In the past few days of examining this forum I have come to understand that this is like gambling for many and 9 times out of 10 your questions will be answered by people who are not even successful at what they are giving you advice on. Anyone who actually became a millionaire from IM, believe that they are not on WF seeking advice or giving advice...or even in IM industry anymore. If they do have a hand in IM after becoming a millionaire, surely they are NOT the ones doing all of the hard work, they will hire people to perform necessary tasks, thus living their lives and NOT replying to WF threads.

A wise man once said that a person who just lives for money will never have enough of it. I've come from very humble upbringings, and as I gradually move up the "ladder" so to speak, I find that no one really considers himself being rich enough. The guy that makes $30 a year would be happy if he could only be making $60K. If he reaches $60K, he won't be happy until he reaches $100K. If he reaches $100K, he won't be happy until he reaches $1M. It goes on and on and on. Don't get too caught up in chasing tons of money. The true is that we don't need tons of it to live a contented life, and what the guys with tons of money don't tell you is that it won't really solve all problems anyways. Millionaires and Billionaires just acquire new problems to deal with that you and I don't have to worry about. Figure out how to live a contented life with what you have, and if more comes along though IM or whatever else, then you will be much more equipped to manage it.

I think that's good advice Lloyd. My interest in IM is not about making a million or any other number with a bunch of zeros after it. In my profession, working full time can bring 120k/yr for a 40/wk. After approx. 20 yrs in that kind of job however, I find the work leaves me unfulfilled. If I can bring in half that through IM or any other means (legal and moral of course) ,I'd be quite content. To me it's much more about the freedom to take each day on my own terms and in my own way. Don't get me wrong, that doesn't mean I'm unwilling to put in 12 & 15 hour days. It does mean I don't have to deal with a bunch of negative, rude and often shallow individuals in my space and that I feel a sense of satisfaction with what I've been able to accomplish.

There was a line in the sequel to Wall Street where Michael Douglas's character Gordon Geeko (remember him the "Greed is good" guy?) now a bit older says this, "Money is not the most valuable commodity in the world. Time is the most valuable commodity." The older I've gotten, the truer that statement gets for me.

Money can certainly make us comfortable and buy nice things, but true wealth often has very little to do with net worth and much more to do with peace of mind and heart. As I look back over my own life, some of the happiest, most full of joy people I've known were far from rich.

I'm only speaking for myself here and I'm not criticizing any of the type A personality types that are absolutely driven to accumulate wealth. Go for it if that's what you're dream is and I wish you great success! It's just that for me, my vision of success is not dependent on piles of moolah.

What I find interesting about the replies in this thread is the number of people who evidently equate internet marketing to people who are either WSO vendors or in some other way selling to the internet marketing and make money online crowd.

Internet marketing is simply the marketing of goods and services via the internet. All goods and services. Not just information products. And definitely not just information products teaching others how to make money online. I get it, that's what people are exposed to here. So it's easy to overlook what the rest of the world may be doing.

When it comes to millionaire internet marketers that lurk and/or post here, I would wager that the ratio of those who make/made their money outside of the IM/MMO arena to those that make/made their money inside the IM/MMO arena would surprise most people.

  • Being a millionaire is more of a behavior than anything.

I'll give you this advice, O.P., and participants of this thread.

In order to be a millionaire you have to HAVE a million dollars, not spend it chasing after every shiny thing.

Do not buy products on credit - do not believe the 'credit score' myth, and pay off debt.

When I was a college student, I believed that I needed to have student loans. I was told that it was 'good debt'.

    Psh. Bogus.

I had 'too much of a good thing' and I had over 6 figures in student loan debt. However, I started in internet marketing, and when I finally hunkered down and figured out my purpose, my wife an I paid all of that off in 1 year.

Was it just because we made a lot of money?

No. We lived like paupers. We hoarded everything, living in a 1 bedroom apartment and shoved everything towards our debt. Sure we made more, but we budgeted like crazy, watched every cent, and were on the same page.

People, when they 'make more', they 'live more'.

That will not get you to a million bucks. That is why millionaires always say, 'the first million is always the hardest'.

If you want to be a millionaire you have to ACT like one. And that means:

    Live frugally,
    Have a budget,
    Stay focused,
    Go to bed early,
    Wake up early,
    Live below your means,
    Don't go into debt,
Pay off your debt (if you have it),
    And serve others (volunteer).

From there, it doesn't matter HOW you make money.

That's why you always hear about the guy who lived next door to you, who drove the crappy car, who had millions in the bank.

That's the guy who was responsible and knew how to live - and was probably the most generous guy there was - but he didn't feel like broadcasting it.

Rich people don't stay up late ad play video games. They BEHAVE a certain way, and it's all to be productive.

Or you can focus on creating something that delivers millions of dollars in value to the masses.

The truth is, you will never save your way to a million dollars.

Saving is important but the primary focus has to be on bringing in money. Even if you save $2,000 a month, it will take you 42 years to be a millionaire.

You have to take some risks. Debt is a good thing if you use it to leverage opportunities that pay you a greater return than the interest you have to pay on the debt.

I'm not interested in driving a crappy car and not enjoying life until I'm too old to enjoy it. You can live like a king and have a million dollars in the bank. The only limits are the ones you put on yourself.

Rich people don't stay up late ad play video games. They BEHAVE a certain way, and it's all to be productive.
I've had the pleasure of working with and becoming friends with a couple of guys that have made (and still make) millions through the internet. But that's not how they live their life. They spend and enjoy and don't worry about how much something costs.

If that's the way you want to live life, then that's your choice, and I'm happy for you. If you feel content knowing that you have the crappiest car in the neighborhood, yet you have a millions, then that's great for you.

Not me. I enjoy driving my fancy sports car, and enjoy spending hard earned money. Life is too short. What's the point of not using your money? You're obviously not going to keep it when you die.

However, I do agree on your points about staying focused, and going to bed early and waking up early.

YES, there are plenty here who are actually millionaires!!!!

Many of them have started here and grown their companies and online businesses to the point where they don't have a lot of time to visit here often. But they are here!

We have Willie Crawford, Mike Filsaime, Alex Jeffries, Marlon Sanders, Ron Douglas, ... and so many others who are under the radar (by choice) who make over $1 million a year.

I would extrapolate that there has been enough information shared here on the Warrior Forum to make anyone a millionaire. The key is being able to use that information in a powerful way that works successfully for you.

I am empathetic of the question. And when I first started internet marketing I was sceptical of the many claims. What I have come to now is I focus on one thing and continue until I see success. Each endeavor teaches me more, and as a result I add to my earnings consistently over time. I'm not a millionaire but I am much closer now because I stopped chasing shiny objects.

Nearly every WSO has potential to make you money...they work if you do. :-) All the best, Kenny

Can you really succeed in the online environment or is just a matter of luck and perspective? How is it that so many people try their luck to become millionaires and all they earn is $200/month? What is the secret?

This is an age old question and there are different philosophies.

My own life experience has taught me that it's not a matter of luck. I believe that 99% of success stems from mindset. The 1% is consistent, focused action. The problem with people who "try" their luck are usually ONLY doing that....."trying".

They jump from one thing to another and they don't really commit to starting a real business with long-term strategic thinking. Granted, if someone is barely able to make their rent or mortage or even put food on the table, then it's difficult to have the right mindset. One could even argue that starting a business at that point might not be the best idea.

There are no secrets, but there might be information you are not aware of. The key is focus on 4 basic things:

      1. Improve your mindset. Read, explore, ask questions, quit hanging around people who don't get it, etc.

      2. Find successful people and LEARN from them. One of the things marketer Eric Louviere did when he first came into this forum was connect with other marketers and he would build relationships with them and he would CALL them.

He wasn't afraid to ask questions and a soon as he learned something, he took massive action on it.

      3. Focus your acitivites on things that make money. I had a guy come to me who was convinced that list building didn't work because he had "tried" it for 2 years.

Well, when we finally broke down on what he was spending his time on it wasn't building his list, he actually spent 2 years buying and reading stuff online, tried to create the "perfect" email responder series, and did almost no promotion.

It's hard to grow a business without advertising and promotions.

      4. Pay close attention to what's working and what's not working. Marketer's who go online and don't track their efforts are shooting in the dark.

One of my new favorite sayings is from T. Harv Eker and it points to point number 1:

"You can be a victim or you can be rich, but you can’t be both. Listen up! Every time, and I mean every time, you blame, justify, or complain, you are slitting your financial throat."
      ~ T. Harv Eker

Most millionaires I've ever met are too busy to post on forums.

They also don't really have time to build much of a reputation, nor do they care to.

    Lol.

There are different types of people though, this is just what my experience dictates.

PS: I'm confident there are millionaires who post here. In fact, I know for a fact there are.

Maybe I'll be added to that assemblage sometime?

Give me a few more years.

    :]
