High-Quality Outsourcing? Referrals

Information overload has been the greatest set-back for me in terms of getting up and running. Instead of trying to be the best at everything. I am trying to understand the whole picture of one project or campaign. I want to MANAGE. I know I would like to start with a content driven page that has hope in becoming an athority website. With doing some marketing there and having a proper option to sign up for my list-building.

What I am looking for is where to outsource for everything?!

I just want to be the one that has the big idea and puts all the peices of the puzzle together. What are the best web site for each of the outsourcing?

Anyone have any strong referrals for companies, or specific people that are very good in their niche?

    It depends on what you're looking for. We can make long lists of freelance websites but you still have to research and try out different providers. Finding good VAs is not as easy as it may seem.

    Read Outsource Mastery. It's a pretty good book about this topic. There is a lot about outsourcing that can't be covered in a single thread.

    Freelancer, oDesk can be good platforms to outsource your works. There are hundreds of professional VA's with good feedback and reputation. You will have a lot of applicants for your project and you will be able to choose the best for you.
