Question about Solo Ads and Clicks

Hey Guys,

If you have bought Solo ads you know they usually go for
50 - 60 cents a click. Sometimes you can't get them less

I'm toying with an Idea to get them for cheaper. Unfortunately
you wouldn't be able to to do an OTO with this method

So two questions

1 - Would you be interested in purchasing clicks without an
OTO if the price was right?

2 - What would you be willing to pay per click?

It sounds kinda fishy. Most people make their solo ad profits from the OTOs and upsells too, so I think you'd be turning away a large majority of buyers.

It also sounds like you wouldn't be sending to your list.. which is the whole point of a solo ad.. another reason people would turn and run.

Maybe if you were more upfront about the type of traffic, and sold it as traffic vs solo ads, but I wouldn't buy if I were looking for a solo ad.. simply because it doesn't sound like it isn't a solo ad at all, and there'd be a good chance of getting some bot or traffic exchange traffic which doesn't convert as well as most solo ads.

      Hey Victor,

I understand your skepticism. It's basically an idea I am
      toying with

The front end traffic would absolutely be Quality Traffic
from an email list. So it would convert just was well as
      any other solo.

After the optin instead of going to an OTO it would be redirected
elsewhere where (hopefully) I could make up the money I Lost
by selling the front end clicks at a discount

anyway its just something I was toying with. Maybe I could just
call it "Clicks" or Traffic instead of solo ad

Another possibility would be to guarantee a certain amount of
optins. Would that make it more desirable?

I'm with Victor. Not sure exactly what you're trying to accomplish.

Guaranteed Optins sounds better than most solo ads.. the only issue is not being able to offer the OTOs & upsells since that's how most solo ad investment is made back...at least in the front end that's how to recoup it.

Guaranteed signups sounds like a better marketing plan... then state.. you only need a free offer without any upsells or OTOs to qualify...since a lot of people also use their optin pages simply to redirect the traffic to a sales page without offering a free offer.

It'll weed out some marketers, but there's plenty of people out there looking for an easy way to put optins on their list. Price wise... I'd start out a little lower of the solo ad price range and see how it goes.
