Best Place to get A LOT content written

Hey!

I currently use a couple of freelancers who provide me with really good quality content. They charge me $5 per 500 words and it is really good quality. I spent a lot of time looking and trail and error finding those guys!

However, they both cannot handle my current work load. Are there any sites you guys would recommend where I can order A LOT of articles per month, who are reliable and provide good quality work?

Thanks!

    Have you tried iwriter.com?

I've heard good things about iwriter, and I know the prices are really cheap...

Would you mind posting a couple of these articles? I'm curious as to how good a $5 article is.

      I second that motion.

I'm very interested to see "a really good" article for five bucks, too.

I've picked up a couple good writers from the Warriors For Hire section:

    Warriors For Hire

Though in all the years of hiring writers, I've never gotten a high quality article for $5. And when I mean quality, I'm talking about original content that's free of spelling and grammar errors that provides value to the reader.

I've gotten some decent ones for $5, but I'd rather pay more for quality, in the long run, it's worth it. Time wasted on re-editing or rewriting is simply not worth my time.

Well you haven't used me :-)

I have a gig on Fiverr that has exploded because of the high quality, original, well crafted writing I provide.

I had a book published about ten years ago but work got in the way of my writing career. I am now looking to re-establish that career and have started writing on Fiverr to get myself back into the swing of things.

Some people do write incredibly good articles for $5 but I'll be the first to admit there aren't many.

Quality content cost far more than $5 per 500 words.
I would be happy to pay even $20 per 500 words if the content is REALLY good, creative, has a great flow and without any grammar/spell mistakes

I am sure that there are many who offer 500 words for $5-$10 but In most cases the quality is so poor that I wouldn't add it to my money sites

Did you just say that? I bet the "quality thing " can very much be ensured at $5 per 500 words. If the writer is only around for money, your opinion might be right but if writing is his or her passion, he/she will bring in equal quality to the scene no matter if the pay is $5 or $20 per 500 words. If you are still in dust, better get in touch with me via PM.

People jumping to conclusions over here regarding the quality factor @ $5 per 500 words should think again. There might be many propelling reasons why the person throws quality at that price such as:

      1. Making a Start: He or she may be just geeing up for a start, and remember that no one got rich or talented from the start itself. Even the Bill Gates must have had a start which may not be that great.

      2. Corrupted by Circumstances: This thing is tricky for sure because no one really knows what is incoming the very next minute or let's say next second. I need not elaborate this sub-topic as everyone knows the bad sides of life.

      3. Driven by Passion: Passion cannot be rated or assigned any value. That does not mean it is valueless ,but it is invaluable. This is where many people go wrong assuming preposterous things that quality cannot come cheap. The writer in this case just enjoys his or contribution without worrying for price. Many times, the effort draws a bad analogy with price factor in this case, but the writer derives satisfaction just by contributing the service.

Next time you guys bring any inference, please think again. You nearly ragged the thread starter before he could make a start. We are here to motivate or encourage beginners, are not we?

It's NOT impossible to get great articles for $5 but it is usually
from a writer who doesn't know his worth. The other possibility
is from writers in countries where $5 can feed the family for a day.
But if their English is that good they are usually smart enough to
know that they can get much more for their writing efforts.

Just what I was going to say.

There are plenty of people who just started writing online and they will be happy to pump out some articles for 4 -5$. Of course, eventually, like most people who write articles online, they will realize that they can charge much more for their services. Regardless, finding someone who can write a decent article for 5$ is not that difficult.

You can find someone who can write a decent article for 5$ for 500 words just as easily as you can find someone who writes a low quality articles for 10-15$ for 500 words. Just because a writer has low rates does not necessarily mean his articles are bad.

And yeah, check out the warriors for hire section. It won't be hard to find some writers in that section.

    If I may add Mary:

    4. They're actually, you know, SEO content writers: Sometimes customers just want an article that's written in English and has the right keyword in the right place. I'm not link-building with magazine quality content--that'd be dumb. I'm certainly not paying magazine quality prices either, especially when the $5 market exists.

I didn't create the writing economy; but hell if I'm not going to use it to my advantage.

Many times, the buyers do not provide clear instructions ( the body of the content they desire, targeted audience, etc ). I do not blame them because their hands may not be free, but this lack of communication yields bad results at the end. For well informative contents having SEO touch in it, you need to know who you are dealing with. Do not ever proceed without asking for samples.

      $13 --> 700 words --> top writers?!?!?

      WTF?!?!?!

Just my experience with real newspapers and magazines around the world.

Some years ago, I think it was 2006, I started to write for some japanese sports magazines. I was used to write in italian, send them the article and they was used to re-send it to a native translator from italian to japanese.

I was paid....around 150euros (200$ more or less) for 6.000 digits (don't know the exact word in english, just to let you understand the word LIE has 3 digits, the word FELLOW has 6 digits).

My name grow up and other japanese magazines wanted my articles.

In 2008 the most important sports website in Japan wanted one of them.

They paid me 1000euros (1300$ or something like that).

I was, or maybe I am, top writer. Really top writer.

But it was 100 times the amount you paid!

      Was it too much?

Their main opponent paid me double two years later.

Just to let you verify I am not lying here are some links to the japanese website. I still write for them sometimes.

I have been blessed to find many excellent writers selling their work at 3 cents per word.

I have however found one really excellent writer, who gave introductory pricing at 1.5 cents per word, and I cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with this particular writer.

But, the truth be told, most of the very best writers tend to charge a lot more to create content for clients.

Hello, Currently my company is getting articles form writeraccess.com, the price is bit costlier than iwriter but quality is good. We order around 10-15 articles per day. Also the advantage is their method of hiring writers is quiet a tought one and all are native english writers, so you get a good quality article.

Quality is a funny thing. When I read a lot of news paper articles and high end online articles I'd say the quality is low, but how am I measuring that? The English is fantastic, free of spelling errors, I'm personally not well versed enough in grammar to know if they offer perfect grammar but I frankly think anyone considering perfect grammar to be an essential aspect of quality is making a mistake. The question is more does it flow and is it easily understood? Provided these things are true if there's a comma where there should be a semi-colon or you get the odd sentence fragment or run on sentence isn't going to make a bit of difference to 99.9% of readers. So what makes quality? I'd argue decent quality language skills are necessary as mentioned it needs to flow and be easy to understand with appropriate vocabulary. Next, it should be original, meaning if I pull random sentences and Google them I don't find them lifted from some other site as I've gotten frequently from paid writers on a variety of sites. Third, and this is one of the most difficult pieces, the writing must demonstrate expertise in the subject matter, one of the biggest reasons I'd say a lot of content is low quality is because it doesn't reflect a deep understanding of the material, which is why in any niche I have a personal passion for I'll exclusively do the writing myself because I care too much about it to see slight distortions that might pass 99% of observers but doesn't reflect the deep understanding of an expert. Finally, in my opinion high quality content has nuance to it and provides deep specific usefulness where most articles I find online including those on many news websites offer what I'd call very surface level content.

As for the price if we use the standards I mentioned above the question becomes "does the author have deep knowledge of the subject matter?" Mostly it's very difficult to get deep knowledge of the subject, any subject, simply by reading online because you need to actually immerse yourself in it doing it to really understand little things that slip past most of the information you can find online, it's like there are lots of articles about golf but none of them will give you the understanding of golf that Tiger Woods has. The cost you'll pay is just a question of the time it takes the writer combined with the market demand for that writer's content. If you can find someone in low demand and it won't take them long you can pay little. It happens that a lot of writers end up taking quite a while to write fairly little because they lack expertise in the field and need to research it, it's the research not the writing that adds to your costs so if you want to keep costs low and have high quality content find someone who already has expertise in the field.

i really depends on who you hire and for what

usually the proper rates are - 1$ per 100 words for normal written content
1$ per 100 words for research
1$ per 100 words for copywriting
2$ per 100 words for list ( like on listserve.com)

    and so on.

it really depends on the type of sites you have, your budget, and how much you want to make $$ from it.

I can't think of anything to say except, seriously?

Content that is proper, meaning satisfactorily or correctly, is worth more than $1 per 500 words. But who wants writing that is just satisfactory or merely correct anyway?

And what is normal writing? Do you mean opposed to abnormal writing? I'm confident no one would want abnormal writing, but I think clients would want more from their writer than normal. I think they much prefer above normal, above average writing, wouldn't you agree?

please read it in totality, once you order proper services, it turns out to be 7-8$ per 100 words of content, that would be comparable if not better than newspaper quality authority articles.

Read in totality? That's literally all you wrote in regards to Copywriting rate. Pro Tip: .07-.08 per word still isn't getting you a copywriter that can handle writing a headline without having a brain aneurysm.

I applaud the backtracking effort though .

You can try fiverr. I have done a few articles there. Not bad for the money paid.
