Help Secrets on getting sales & Leads

Guys I would really like to know if somebody can revel their deepest promoting secrets sites that can get you alot of leads and sales....

I know there aren't no secrets in online marketing but there always some type of secrets to get new leads...

    I did facebook groups before..posted 50 groups in the morning, another 50 at noon, in the afternoon my account got suspended lol, but I made 5 sales all with rebills . I dont expect you do do it, but if you are able to do it without your account getting suspended, please let me know.
