Will Niche PLR Affect My Rankings For Other Sites?

Hi everyone,

I've heard that using PLR content on your blog can get your site 'blacklisted' from Google - first of all, is that correct?

Cheers guys

I think my site may be blacklisted, well it doesnt come up top ten but i make sure my articles make up for that as well as my wiki page and other things.

First of all this is not true

What might happen is Google might not list this because its duplicate content this is what may happen.

But many of us who have been in here long enough have seen people throw enough links at duplicate content and see it out rank higher than the original.

So your best thing to do is modify the plr content you have and get some links pointing to it and you will do fine.

Yes, once you modify the PLR in some way, at least enough the bot sees it as unique content(or unique enough) it won't hurt your site at all.

            Hey Dan,

You can actually hire people to re-write your PLR articles for less than $3 an article (Just post it on Elance saying exactly what you're willing to pay.. there are tons of people who'd be willing to work at that price).

And a wee-little plug for my post over here: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...lth-niche.html

If you're in the personal development or motivation niche, let me know. I'll hook you up with some of my new PLR content (it's never been used before and not even launched to the general public yet, so you no worries about re-writing)

Ed, you're right, but I don't think other people like hearing this - judging by some of the replies I've seen on loads of similar posts, people like to think their content should get #1 position with no work on their part.

If they don't get (and keep) #1 spot 30 seconds after uploading an article, it's the duplicate content filter's fault. Mention getting backlinks to maintain a #1 position and their eyes glaze over...
