There's a lot that can be said about this post. I'm going to hone in on a few things.

I am very angry ,if you think i am the problem i think no

There's no Shyamalan plot twist here: you're the problem. How specifically? I don't know; but this is "work for yourself" land bud. There's no one else to fall back on.

in fact iam a chemist and have a diploma in laser ray and its applications in industry but cant work because i have two sons one is 18 monthsand the other is 7 years.

I'm not sure what the education system in Egypt is like; but you should at least be marginally aware of the scientific method, right? Cool thing about that: it's not just for science. It is a blueprint for problem solving and experimenting in general.

i bought alot of courses and learned alot alot buy clickbank code and earned about 400 $ but i pay google adwords more than the triple of this amount to earn.

You made $400 more than most people will ever make and what, dropped it because it wasn't immediately profitable?! When you went to school for chemistry did you just stop doing an assignment if the chemicals did not react the way that you predicted. I sure hope not. You collect data, you analyze and course correct, and you improve until you become profitable. The data showed you that whatever you were promoting had a market.

First, clearly you are not looking for people to blame you nor here to point finger on others ( although it seems you already did for you coach )

I usually rather stay away from coaches ( some may have something to show you, but other actually need somebody to be coached them in the first place ).

BobTheBostonian I hope you read the post correctly in the first time, she spent over $1k to make $400, so no she didn't make money. The fact she stopped was a smart move.

Manal, you want to make money online, well since you are starting. You should put in your mind two things : How do you want to make money online ? and what skills or service can you offer.

Internet Marketing is not a magical world, it works as real life, you don't go outside wondering how can i make money ? you ask yourself what job or service can you provide to make money ?

Now, here is what you need to figure out first :

- What do you want to do to make money ? would you be happy provide that service 10 years later ? it is not a short term project. If I told you, you can make $10 for reviewing people homework online, would you want to do that for the rest of your life ? if not you probably don't want to do it now either.

- Who would be your targeted customers ? it is important to have an idea about your targeted audience ? this is a game changer. For example, if you looking to open an online store to sell physical items in egypt online, it probably a bad idea since people in egypt are not into online shopping.

- What is your start point ? so, are you looking to start from scratch at this point ? would you like to start as a freelancer ? or do you have a capital and interested in starting an online business ?

Are you really expecting people to make money for you just because of your sad situation? Sorry it does not work that way.

Advice from people with great knowledge is a big tool, it's up to you whether you take action or not. If you are just waiting for someone to press the "get rich quick" button for you, you are wasting your time.

Well, i think your main issue is that your English is pretty bad.

Unless you write in your native language or outsource your writing, English readers would never want to stay on your website and sign up for a newsletter.

You should continue reading on the warriorforum, sign up for the war room, and take action.

I think you need to be more careful.

Why would successful AM's share their core strategies with you?

This site is a fantastic resource, no doubt about that. But some of the wanky sales pitches I've seen across this forum are an absolute disgrace.

If someone is onto something or has found a good niche, why on earth would they diverge all their strategies to you?

All that ends up happening is that everyone hammers the same niche and it becomes saturated, meanwhile the clever AM has already moved on whilst taking your money for the pleasure.

Always be suspicious and question everything. AM is not easy, it takes a lot of effort and attention. Once you setup your channels and put some hard work in, the rest can roll nicely. You are at that point of giving up, this is what separates you from the rest. You can give up now or keep fighting and create something for you and your family that you will be proud of.

The others are right. You can't blame others for what you have or have not done. There are LOTS of ways to earn money but you have to find the right thing that uses your specific skills and commit. Nothing is easy and it's not short term either.

Why don't you stop spending 1000's on products, and pay $30 to join the war room, you will find many methods there for free.

If you paid $1400 to only make $400, then you may have had to tweak your campaign, you may have had a winner, but just need to tweak the keywords and site to get your conversion rate up.

English is my third language. The English lessons I had when I was young were not enough…

I used to have an editor who corrected all my documents online during four years until I learned how to write well. You can find an inexpensive editor to correct your mistakes and improve your writings. Go to the Warriors for Hire section and you will find help.

If you want to be trusted you have to speak like a responsible and self-confident person, and not like someone who is not able to write a perfect sentence.

Now, my second advice is that you have to stop desperately looking for ways to make sales online, and learn how to offer a service, based on your skills.

You should keep trying to improve your business at the same time, but try offering a service and make money this way, without spending money.

You can use free methods to spread your links around. Use Blogger, Squidoo, Zujava, Hub pages and everything you can to make some money and promote your links. Create only a few pages because you don't want to depend on these free platforms. Use them with caution because you can lose your work at any time. But use them as much as you can, without putting too much effort there.

Try to find many different income streams, without depending only on sales.

  I would say focus is the key. If your good at selling clickbank products focus on that.
  If your good at setting up google adwords, seem like you were to be able to get $400. Even though you spent $1500, and the campaign did show a loss;you still got something and you probably just needed to tweak the campaign; also were you at the same time trying to build a list or sending them straight to an affiliate offer or product review page?
  I would say, focus on a niche you may have some interest in, wheher it be weight loss, etc, etc. Set up a squeeze page that gets people on your list,send traffic to that squeeze page, and last build relationships with that list all the while finding out their problems, and offering solutions to those problems (aff products).

  No, it means the exact opposite. By your own admission you have made $400 in 6 years, gross. That's $67/year, $5.56/month, $0.18/day. Gross. I don't know what taxes are like in Egypt. By your own admission you spent about 4 times that just to make that paltry sum, and you've spent "thousands" elsewhere to make nothing on the investment.

  Hybrid. If I knew how to do this crap from birth I would have done it from birth. Spit in the air and it'll land on ten people that have a $7 way to "make money" at this place. Pick one at random. It's what I did (different forum but same marketplace/price range); but I realized something: the person doing the teaching either a) wasn't going to know s*** or b) wasn't going to tell me enough to be able to just go through the motions if they did.
  
  I've put in thousands of hours at this point taking basic ideas and researching, testing, and optimizing until they work the way that I needed them to work. I've blown hundreds on ideas that when seen through to the end are absolute bullcrap. Unlike you I didn't blame whoever came up with the idea. I ditched it and moved on. Personal responsibility, the cost of doing business, all that jazz.

You're problem:- you were doing something that you're not meant to. You're not interested in doing it. The coach was just leading you like a puppet and you were following him in dream of making money. Your niche was wrong.

Now, you lack investing skills and knowledge so I'll push you to learn more here, at least for a week and then come up with the best money making idea which suits you. Then take action.

Hi Mona,

I've got the feeling you were given some bad advice - with the language restriction you have I think you'd be better off to keep things as simple as possible!

Give some thought to what you can do and make a plan - either building a simple web site and offering a service or affiliate product - start getting some FREE traffic to the site and go from there - it will take time! Just focus on that one site and do a little bit to move it forward everyday!

I suggest you keep well clear of PAID Traffic in future! (until you have more of an idea of what you're doing!)

No, Manal made money. Manal put in work, time, and money and received money in return for products or services. What Manal didn't do was profit. It's a very important distinction, and basic for anyone that does business instead of just talking about it.

As far as being smart to stop? Manal doesn't know that, and you're foolish for suggesting that you do. You know nothing about the specific methods used to generate that revenue, or what testing was done to try and optimize it.

But hey, at least you tried to get a zinger in there.

Bob has actually given quite good advice.

If after 6 years you can't make a profit in the field that you're in, then I highly doubt that anyone will be able to give you a magic formula that will suddenly bring you thousands of dollars.

Whether you realise it or not, your attitude towards improvement leaves much to be desired. As another poster pointed out, you seem to lack the entrepreneurial mindset that is NECESSARY to succeed in an IM career.

Put simply, you should probably do something else.

That being said, I will give you some advice in the form of three simple questions that will help you guide the way forward.

1. What are you good at?

2. How can you turn this into a product or service?

3. How can you market your product/service?

Whether or not you want to heed this advice is totally up to you, although I doubt you will.

Mona76, here is my honest advice to you. For six years you've probably gather tons of information and you have some knowledge. You mentioned that you've build Facebook page and its got 50K fans within few month.

1) open Word and write down step-by-step how you've builded this Facebook page and got 50K fans
2) go to Fiverr and hire for $5 someone to edit your Word document and make corrections with language and sentences
3) convert this Word document into PDF format
4) from here you can go 2 ways:

give away for free on this forum with the link to your squeeze page to collect emails OR
create website and sell this Facebook report for $10 or $27 or $47 depend how many pages your report.

5) rinse and repeat

Hey guys...this thread seems to be going in two diff directions.

Here's what I think:
There are two kinds of people in IM or any other business:

1.The kind who invent stuff on their own or with minimal help.

2.The kind who follow detailed plans laid out by others with minimal improv.

Mona or Manal or whoever (name doesn't really matter anyway) is clearly the second kind.

So why don't you try earning without spending?

Clearly, you don't have the requisite language skills (English anyway) AS OF NOW.

So, either avoid content creation or focus on Twitter and other media where you don't NEED to have a grasp of grammar, sentence structure and vocabulary.

Alternatively, be the middle man (or woman or whatever). Get the articles from somewhere for FREE (to begin with), sell them elsewhere and make a profit (you could try posting free ads on forums for article writing and marketing AND/OR freelancing websites). Getting the articles for FREE with the promise of payment on sale is also a decent start if you can get such writers.

YOU HAVE TO FILL A VOID!

You can't just expect others to create opportunities for you. Either they will or they won't. Chances are they'd rather fill those voids themselves. So, find a void of your own!

You could try translation jobs from English to Egyptian, if your Egyptian is good enough and you can understand English well enough.

English is perhaps the fifth language (including dialects) I'd learnt in the first 7-8 years of my life, and have gone on to learn another 6-7 in the remaining 15 years or so. I simply can't understand how someone can understand a language and yet not be able to create a single error-free phrase in it. Anyway, that's up to you to deal with.

You can't just dig a hole somewhere, pile the soil somewhere else and ask someone to pay for the effort.

The first place must need to be dug up AND/OR the second place should be one which needs to be filled or raised!

If you can't spend time and money on article marketing and adwords campaigns, then don't!

The seed you sow can't turn into a tree with some other DNA

Focus on what you CAN do rather than what others HAVE done.

If you are doing neither the tough stuff nor the smart stuff, how do you expect to make any dough?

maybe i was inneed of talking to people can understand me but you though i blame and not responsible and bad english and and.....dont know what to say my dream is to work online as this is the only choise to earn some money and feell alive as a person can do things and success .i ll not cry although there are treas in my eyes .i ll go on and never give up

Reading your posts, my advice is to focus on copywriting. At this early stage you shouldn't be spending money on coaching. Instead, focus your energy and attention on learning how to write good ad copy. This will get you some traction. It will help your english language skills too.

Take the money you are spending on advanced methods and use it to get some good books on copywriting. Read them and practice rewriting their examples. Learn english through your writing.

Only after that should you start investing in coaching and courses. This is probably 6 months from now if you are industrious. A year and a half if you are preoccupied with other things.

When you "get it," it will be like pennies falling from heaven. Then you will be back here giving advice on how you went from broke to earning lots of shekels with mini-authority sites or amazon or whatever you eventually land into.

Normally I would agree but she remarked that she's gone through many courses and coaching over several years in IM. Does she sound like an advanced marketer?

Her story has stirred up lively debate among folks trying to help.

Copywriting. It's a fundamental marketing skill.

Learning to communicate clearly through writing basic ad copy in english can only help.

  I was going to post and say the problem is that you expect others to tell you what to do. You have just confirmed that.
  
  If all you want to do is follow instructions, then you should become a Virtual Assistant or some other paid position.
  
  IM is not for people who can only follow instructions. It is for entrepreneurs. For people who can test, make decisions, work out strategies, analyse what works and what doesn't and try new things based on the results of their analysis. It is for people who can research a market, adapt and change.
  
  By your own admission you are not one of those. It's no good expecting someone else to tell you what to do. It won't happen. Stop buying courses and expecting them to magically work if all you are prepared to do is follow instructions.
  
  You'd be much better off listing the skills you do have and offering your services as a Virtual Assistant to an Internet Marketer - maybe even one based in your own country. Take a look at the Warriors for Hire section.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. I think hiring someone else to write was a ood move because as you pointed out English might be an issue (if you are publishing in English). I don't know what you are trying to sell or writing about so it is hard to give you specific advice. Are you 100% married to the idea of internet marketing? Would you be willing to do something else from home? There are call centers that hire people from home, data entry jobs, and search engine work, to just name a few things. They won't make you rich, but they will make you money. I am not sure what links I can post here but there are sites like real ways to make money online and munnyfromhome at blogspot which list these jobs for you or you can google for them.

If you really do want to keep up with the internet marketing, instead of buying more lessons and coaching, maybe invest in a company to help you with SEO and backlinking. You can find some people/ companies who do this cheaply on Fiverr. Also, use social media! Pin your pages to pintrest, share it on facebook and twitter, and stumbleupon it!

Making money online is on all that difficult -- but people make it out to be.

They key is to focus on simple basics and stick with them until you see results. Also no matter what method you use to make money -- you should ALWAYS build your email list.

If all you do is build yourself an email list of active subscribers who know like and trust you -- then you can sell any product ( as long as it's good) and make money.

With list building you also need traffic!

I would focus on two free methods and become a master of them. Once you have done this -- I would then focus on one paid maid and master that.

Maybe your English is not the main reason. Try to find something different to do, something you really understand, and then apply in on-line business.
Do more research on that subject, start from scratch, and then invest money to get required tools.

Hi,

Maybe you and your coach were not a good match. One thing I know for sure is that you have to be persistent. You can't give up. There are tons of ways to make money online, you just have to find the right fit.
I am very blessed that I have a good coach. If you want her name and email address. send me a message. She is very knowledgeable and honest. I am not receiving compensation for giving out her name. I think she's the bomb!

It sounds like internet marketing is your problem. Stick with a marketplace like Ebay so you don't have to do any marketing. You can sell ebooks, websites, submission services and stuff like that.

There's absolutely no need to invest in any more training. You said you've already spent money on IM training? You said you've built up a fair bit of knowledge over the years?

Now is the time to put it into action. Take action every day and STICK TO THE PLAN until you start making money.

Don't be afraid to take on the big niches. Loads of people are marketing in Weight loss and make money on line niches for one reason - there's plenty of money to be made.

Don't go for some obscure niche where people aren't desperate. It won't work.

A strategy? Build a squeeze page, give away something awesome and then market to your list. It really is that simple. Set up that basic sales funnel and then you just need to drive traffic to it.

How do you drive traffic? PICK ONE METHOD and stick to it until you are getting the amount of traffic you need.

FB / Youtube / SEO / PPC / article marketing etc are all great methods and they ALL work.

How do i do generate traffic? Forum posting of course. It's a fantastic way to help people out and send traffic to your site. Provide awesome value to them and you can't go wrong.

Also you already know how to post in forums. think of how much time you've been posting in this thread. You're a pro at it already.

I think this is good Advice, Except the PPC (Stay away from that for now!) Free traffic is the best traffic

Start With 1 Niche Work it, Test it, and them move to others. Crawl before you walk but Don't spend any more money (except 20 dollars for a website and hosting) Even Still Im Sure you could build a FB opt in page and get traffic that way, 50K likes would make a Heck of a List!

IMO, Start small then tackle the big fish!

  The knowledge I have is easily and freely available. There is no need for anyone to hold your hand , you can gain the same knowledge that I have, but you have to be willing to learn and not hope for someone to give you a magic pill to make money.

@OP, you don't have to buy courses to become successful. You can find free ones all over the internet on websites like YouTube, Udemy, and Scribid. People are aware of these websites yet they still tend to buy training courses hoping to become successful.

English is not the main reason, it does not guarantee success. As you mentioned that your coach has blocked you and not giving you any response, so it makes one thing very clear that your coach was not the real coach as meant to be. A true coach will help you always rather than ignoring.
As you earned $400 once, so it means you have the guts to make it. Now what you need to do is to push the right button at the right time. Never lose hope, keep trying harder. Spend some time here always.

Never see any internet marketer or guru help newbie for free or even give a free base to start ,they just do this in sales copy only saddly .in fact my friend told me to post my story here and she challange me that every body here ll help me but hhhhaaaaaaa i win , just some uselesssadvises go on and keep on or you r bad .

You madam are a rude, ungrateful ****. You have been given some excellent advise in this thread - including the advice I gave you to list your skills and offer your services.

If you are unable to list your skills, it implies that you have none. May I respectfully suggest that you get an offline job. You are clearly not suited to the online world.

If you are able to make sales, you will simply need to test and tweak the campaign till it is profitable. Most people stop when you they are not making profits as they though that the campaign is not good. It simply just tell you that you will need to tweak it so that you will be able to make profits from your investment in the ads. Be ready to test your way to success.

Try to get more and more visitors rather than building links. The main target in any of the money earning program online is to get more no of visitors to the website and I think that is what you are lagging in.

Making an online presence without good English is very difficult. I have faced this and overcome with my English now, and now is the time to succeed in IM.
Until you get a coaching you can target your products and services to your community in your mother tongue so you wont be away from IM. Then once you are ready you can enter this battlefield.

@Mona76 - Respectfully, you are going through a learning curve and have been spending time doing things which aren't generating results for you. If you've been online for six years and not made any money, you are not working hard enough. Seriously, what have you been doing for six whole years? How long does it take to set up a campaign, build a wordpress site and write those articles? Quite often people will say how long they have been online and not made a 'cent', but when you drill down you find out they haven't actually done a whole lot or stuck with anything for long enough. I'm giving you some 'tough love' here. Find a good coach, someone who you can be accountable to and do what they advise you to do if you want to break this cycle. If you're feeling angry, harness that emotion to refuse to fail, but direct it inwardly to do something great, not outwardly where you are bitter about the world and what has happened thus far. The past is not your future. Good luck!

I had the same problem. I did everything what others were doing, I bought 1000's of courses, etc and no money... 3 years of only "losing money". Than in one month I started making money, doing the same things that I did before.....

I found a Mentor (my actual and forever Mentor) that the the 1st thing he told me was:

The problem was in my MINDSET.

And your problem is in YOUR mindset. Believe me.. The problem is not only in your strategies...

Zeek was a Ponzi Scheme, this is a pyramid scheme. You are not selling or being sold a product or service. You're giving someone $25 so you can hopefully find other people to give you $25 for nothing more than the hope that they can find a ton of people to give them $25. Cringe.

Hi,
I'm sorry for your frustrations. Affiliate marketing is not as easy as some people make it out to be. Have you tried any of the free traffic methods? Have you tried Craigslist? Might be able to get some traffic and sales from there. I have an informational blog. If you PM me I'll give you the link. You might get some ideas there.

I see your frustrations, I will not judge you if you think their advice is useless. I know probably you don't have the skills to write,create website and etc... So selling a service will not be for you. And your English is not good and we are the same. English is not your primary language so why go fishing that is not your territory and you don't know anything about?. How do you write your content if English is not your primary language? will you always outsource the article?. You probably always loose money.

Go make a site locally. Don't go fishing in the ocean if you can go fishing in a pond. Ok you will say they are only freebie seeker you will not able to sell anything. Don't worry about that there are many ways to make money with freebie seeker like CPA.

Okay here what you gonna do

1st: Brain storming (what your country always love(niche) celebrity,pets,fashion.gadgets etc. Figure out what they are looking always and love.

2nd: if you find what niche they are always looking go create a site in that niche in your own language. Because it will be easy to rank if your words are locally. Yes its very low like 800 searches per month or lower its okay at least you will not compete with the big boys.

Ex: Dog lovers(chosen niche)

a} make a contest website with membership fee like .10 cents per month( why too cheap? because you don't want them to feel that you are making money out of them.

computation: 0.10 x 10,000(members)=1,000 dollars per month but what if you get 10,000 or even 100,000 you do the math.

I think its legal its a membership site is your selling not the contest, but I don't know your country so ask your government.

Your accumulated money will be the money to buy something that will be given to the winner. Like win puppy,accessories,free grooming. You should always do inventory as always. To make more money sell ad space make a CPA offers. DON'T SCAM THEM!

Remember: Don't go fishing in the ocean if you can go fishing in a pond. Hope that helps.

Internet remains an undiscoverable teritory so there are spaces for oppurtunity for making money available, btw have you tried using Youtube Adsense? It's a nice gem for making money there

Mona, you've taken THE 1# thing to SUCCEED in the world of big&wide interwebs. Which is taking action. You've done it! You're about 95% ahead of the game in the masses of people who are trying to make it.

Lets keep this very simple. Basics.

You haven't really revealed us your skillset, your strengths but I'm going to assume, from the fact that you have a decent diploma, that you're quite the fast learner and adjustable to situations.. What you need is to find anything that would work and then scale it up.

Now what that anything could be?
There are endless options such as:

eCommerce
Social Media Managing
Blogging
Video Marketing
et cetera..

Have you tried anything OTHER than trying to sell whatever your coach made you sell? There are so many different things in this huge field of IM. Play on your strengths.

Wish I could be more specific but you don't really ask anything specific either.. What makes money? ANYTHING does. All niches work.

You could make 100 youtube videos copying someone's video-seo and rank foolproof 2# to whatever the original person was ranking for. Natural traffic.

You could make 100 Hubpages and promote Amazon products on it.

You could spam forums, like this, with annoying signature links with absolutelly crazed phrases into your 'authority site' that offers free report on how to make money online and then have a downsell on it. Bound to work because people are AS NAIVE AS YOU WERE. (This is done daily on WF)

Please don´t give up. I know is hard but keep trying. Here in the Warrior Forum you can find so much stuff for free. Also you can purchase Done for you Funnels at a very reasonable prices here in Warrior Forum because I have done that and I had earn a Little bit of money. It helps to purchase when you dont know how to build funnels.

Create an account at AllPosters and sell your photos as posters.

Create an account at various Print on Demand sites and turn your photos into Posters, Postcards, Calendars and various other things.

Account at POD (Print On Demand) and AllPosters are free.

Make accounts at Blogger, Facebook and Twitter and promote each product.

Also submit your photos to news sites... do research as to where you can sell photos to newspapers.

Back in 2011, I posted an article to Squidoo, it was a short humorous article about the middle east which mentioned Egypt. I got hundreds and hundreds of visitors because just a day prior the revolution in Egypt had started. Many people were and still are looking for information about Egypt.

You should be able to offer a few gigs at Fiverr and start making money. This can be taking photos locally or simple things like that. Just evaluate and work on them. Don't give up and don't forget "no shortcuts on Internet Marketing"...

if you understand the basics and how to implement the methods, the best thing you can do is stick with it. Don't give up and switch niches just because it isn't giving you huge profits. No one is ever successful at first - just focus and be persistent. good luck

Have you done anything with Facebook? this is a very good place to advertise plus if you build up enough friends on Facebook you can then also post some links in yopur stus. Youtube is another market you should research. A lot of people are making a lot of money using Youtube.

I want to thank all of you who trying to help meas i said in my last post i list a product in ebay and last week i earned 24$ but yesterday i get email from ebay they are suspend my account and when i call them she told me my account has risk issue maybe because my product is very compatitive for big names
this is my feeling
i am trying from six years and every thing i do and success in it i get problem in it
did you try this before everytime you try to stand up you fail although you keep trying
this is my feeling and my situation i am trying to explain
is this success not for me
maybe god has another plan to me
go on or stop

I agree with Twister85, there are tons of warriors making real money online and English is NOT a first language for them. There are plenty of ways to overcome any language barrier - many already mentioned in this thread.

The most important keys of online success are:

1. Take an inventory of your strengths and weaknesses

2. Design a business plan around your strengths and outsource the work that involves your weaknesses

3. You must take action to implement your business plan. Without a plan you will fail, not putting your business plan into action will result in failure

4. Constantly educate yourself regarding making money online by attending webinars, and offline conventions

5. You cannot put a price tag on a mentor, if one mentor fails to give you the assistance you need find another...you will have a very difficult time succeeding in any business online or offline without a mentor. It is the difference between climbing an unfamiliar mountain by yourself and having a mentor with a map climb beside you.

6. Never give up on your dreams

7. To obtain your dreams you must have clear defined goals that are measurable and attainable.
