    Hey Ant

It would help to know why you can't have PayPal because that is the obvious choice and is working for many marketers.

If there is a specific reason then that will impact the responses here.

    Cheers,

    Hey Ant

    Cool.

One I have used for subscriptions successfully in the UK is WorldPay. They're owned by RBS.

    WorldPay Small/Medium Business

One word of warning - they're not cheap.

    Cheers,

The £300 doesn't bother me, its their 5% processing fee that is the problem.
My own merchant provider in Ireland is giving me a 2.75% rate as standard for Visa and Mastercard, so 5% is extorsion in my view.

2CO is not much better either.

FYI: JCB want 4% and it's almost impossible to get Discover or AMEX in Ireland.

2co.com - 2checkout, they are great, they have subscription options,
      and great customer service.

I took a look around AlertPay's site and saw this message....

        Posted On: 28 Apr 2009 05:23 PM:
"Visa Card Processing is Up and Running Again"

        and right under that..

"..Mastercard and AmEx are next in line, so please bear with us.."

Sounds like AlertPay is in trouble right now.
