what can I do about this copy paste?

This guy 'almost' copy pasted my entire eBook except the title author name and the very fact that he didn't use my sentences - he jumbled up the words and made his own sentences but none of my sentences were jumbled and each were each after the previous one like in my ebook....only thing he jumbled the words within the sentences....even the paragraphs end and start like mine.

Now hes selling it like me and getting many sales,I want to stop this not because hes earning money but because hes earning them using my hardwork and maybe its even affecting number of sales I make as well???

Doesnt seem like someone who will repond to 'requests' ,can i do something legally or something along those lines ..not sue or something but what can i do here except requesting him to take it down?

    Where he copied from? the PDF or your editing document when you used to write the ebook?

    Totally out of order,have to stop this.
    I would recommend you pursue him legally for plagiarism.

    Couple options that typically work unless the user is in a third world overseas country:

    1. Type up a legal kind of letter requesting a take down of your content (you can easily find templates online and modify to your needs). Send this to the person directly (email is ok, but snail mail in a legal envelope is more effective).

    2. SEnd the same letter above to their hosting company with proof of copy infringment. Even many overseas hosts are putting up with copywright infringement less and less. Chances are they will be forced to remove it or have their hosting cancelled.

    3. If they are selling on amazon, etc. Report it directly to amazon.

    Don't be soft with him at all, such people deserve worst.
    If he is doing it on warriorforum, report him to moderators.

    Follow him where ever he is selling this book, don't leave him to rest.
