Need some help reading my Amazon Affiliate statements
Ok, so from the main page where it shows the Earnings and Order Summaries this is what is displayed and why it is confusing me:
1. Items Shipped: 5
2. Referral Rate: 4%
3. Total Earnings: - $2.51
When I first looked at this I figured, oh someone must have returned something; but when I look at the detail report it lists 0 items returned and $0.00 for Total Refunds.
It has been showing this negative amount for close to a week now, I waited to ask as I figured a refunded item would likely show up at some point but still nothing.
Now moving on to the Orders summary, this is what is displayed:
1. Ordered Items: 8
2. Clicks: 167
3. Conversion: 4.79%
Now, I know it is common to have a higher number of "Ordered Items" than "Shipped Items" as it takes a day or more to ship items out, especially with weekends and what not. But, in the past when there has been a difference in these two numbers I could also look at the detailed Ordered Items report to see all the order items.
For whatever reason, this month, as I said, I show 5 Items shipped, I show 8 Items ordered... but when I look at the detailed Ordered Items report I only see 6 items listed; the 5 that have already shipped and an item that was ordered this Saturday which I assume will ship today or tomorrow.
What I don't understand is why I can't see what the other 2 ordered items are. Sorry if I am missing something really simple here, but as I said in the past as soon as it was counted in my ordered items tally I could also see what it was in the report even before it showed as shipped... but this month it all just seems really whacky.
