... Stop spending so much time on the Warrior Forum!

Seriously, limit yourself to an hour a week on the Warrior Forum and you'd be surprised how much time you'd save. I have posted on here for AGES and I've seen my income, double, treble, quadruple because the time I was spending posting I am now spending working.

Go on... Be brave and break out of the routine of coming on here, reading some BS and posting some more BS.

  • Oh I dunno...I think you can learn some pretty good stuff here that directly impacts your bottom line

    • Not disputing that... Hence the 1 hour a week Any more than that and you're just wasting your time with the crap you'll read here.

But there's people here that must spend every waking moment browsing the WF assuming that some magic formula will appear teaching them how to make money online.

Hard work -- That's what you need!

Oh... And I'd take a lot of 'gospel' you read here with a big pinch of salt.

  • Good advice. You won't make money online just by reading about different methods even if they're good.

    Take action!

Its a good idea though....I would also differ with you for the fact that its here where i learn and network with like minded people.
I have learned good stuff by participating at WF..have you?
  • There's nothing wrong with spending time here & forming relationships with others, learning new strategies, answering questions, etc. It's just a matter of setting aside enough time each day to get everything else done.
    • [ 2 ] Thanks
  • I really think I'am getting addicted to this forum. as it opens automatically as a second tab in my browser and I can't stop myself from browsing over. Thanks for the tip, I'll try hard not to be here but on the other side where I work.

    • I guess that would all depend on why you're here and what you're doing with the time spent on this site.

True some people do get analsysis paralysis and do nothing but get a million different opposing ideas and never act on any of them. But if you're here for a purpose then it can be well worth your time.
  • My recommendation is to use this forum as a tool for learning, time spent is irrelevant IMO, as long as its spent doing the right things
  • Actually I completely disagree with you. WarriorForum is one of my main traffic sources and not only that, the highest converting traffic source compared to rival forums.

    Maybe your doing it wrong
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • Well i think this is the only forum which proving good and Quality traffic to my blog. I can't stop spending time in warrior.
  • Please I'm new here what do you mean by BS ?

    • BS stands for Baloney Sandwich.

I don't agree. If you stuck into a problem. Just come here to WF ask people or search with the forum. You'll get tons of gold on information. So spending couple of hours per week on WF wroth
  • I definitely agree. I was sucked into reading loads of different techniques one after the other and trying to do them all half pie. The end result was sfa... no traffic and no money.

The key to making money in this gig is to stick to one traffic generation strategy until you've got it mastered. In the meantime don't even look for new ways to make money online.
  • Yes, I agree, definitely limit your time here, and if you have a War Room membership, spend most of your time there for learning purposes.

Having said that, I have learned a lot here, even here in the main discussion forum. You just have to be able to discern who is "talking out of the side of their neck" or "talking BS" and who actually knows what they are talking about.

OP, with the greatest respect, who are YOU to tell other members how much time they should spend on WF. What's bullshit to you may be gold dust to others.

There are lots of newbies, single folk, retired people. etc, to whom a few hours a day on here is THE most important part of their day. Whether they accomplish anything from that time is irrelevant. What matters is it's THEIR time, not yours.

You may as well admonish people for what supermarket they use. Again, it's their choice not yours.

  • you know this is a great site, it helped me alot! I can't agree.
  • Don't bother replying guys, he's already used his his allotted time for this week.

He'll be back in 7 days...
    • [ 2 ] Thanks
  • Yup, and stop spending so much time on Facebook and Twitter as well! In fact, any time you spend being distracted from actual work on your Internet business is costing you money!
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • I am not sure what the point of this thread is. It is almost like saying everyone stop wasting your time learning new things!! go out there and do something!

The fact of the matter is the forums like this one is where like minded individuals come together and learn from each other. I spend about 30 minutes to and hour every 2 days on two select forums CPAFix and Warrior. Now i do admit there are MANY useless threads but there are a lot of great ones.

Also, forums are great for new affiliates who have no clue what they are doing. they are indispensable because when affiliates have no idea what they are doing...they do it all wrong and make everything harder on regular affiliate marketers. improper promotion, back hat, and other types of incorrect promotion only gives affiliate marketers a bad name.

I am not even sure why this thread is still up since it is basically telling everyone to stop coming to this website, which the owner of this website probably wouldn't be too fond of...but thats just me. I know I wouldn't like it
  • Also, why post over 700 post on a forum when you advocate not using the website to begin with....very odd indeed
  • Yea/... concentrate on your work making money .. spend less time on chatting on messengers , forums
  • If you're target market is other marketers, then spending more than an hour a week here might be to your advantage. If you are simply looking for tips to apply to another niche, then limiting your time on the forum is a good thing.
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • I have to admit I spend quite a bit of time procrastinating on this forum. However, I have also learned quite a bit. Just wish I would could do more.

    • I will say this,

I have learned many great things on this forum, and I mean he does have a point to limit yourself, but I believe that should be to all distractions you know.

Just plan your day out and have time set aside for personal and business that's all

  • Nothing wrong with spending more than an hour per week here if you enjoy it. The trick is not to limit things like that. The trick is to plan out your days so that all your important and money making tasks are completed in the first half of your day, before you check any emails, helpdesks, social networks, forums, etc.

That leaves you with the second half of the day to do all of the other tasks in your business and for some that will include networking and forum marketing.

Do that and you will get more done than 99% of people out there and also earn more than 99% of people out there.

But just limiting your time in this forum is not magically going to make someone earn more money.
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • if you're a total newbie it is a good way of diving into the IM world. however, if you konw your stuff, then I'd have to agree..
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • As a newbie I find this forum helpful, don't know if it will stay that way...

    • Unless you are actively using the forum (or any forum, for that matter) to make money, then you are better off putting your time into actually working on your business.

For example, imagine that you write articles as an outsourcer to make money. You have more work available than you can handle, and every hour's work is worth $20 to you.

Now if you're spending 2 hours per day on the Warrior Forum instead of actually working, then you are losing $40 every day. That's $200 per average working week, or $800 per month.

Of course if you make money from signature posting or something like that, then you should spend more, not less time, on the forums you frequent. It's all a question of what value it brings for your business goals!

  • Not sure I agree 100%. It seems to me that WF is a fantastic place to network with others. Personally, I want to post some potential joint venture requests, but you have to have at least 50 posts to do so.
  • The main point of the thread is that we should spend some of our time "doing" as well as "learning".

If we are not doing what we learned, it will certainly eat into our earning potential.

With that said, I do a drive-by of the forum once or twice a day, and I try to hold myself to 20 minutes while here, although sometimes I spend more time here and sometimes less time.
  • hemm for me just do what most important int the moring 1-3 task, after finish you can do whatever you want
  • I'm at the point in my IM career that I pretty much know what niches I want to do, and how I go about it...so I'll skim the first page of this forum, and look for things that I think that are relevant to helping me further my career.

For those that are new, I encourage that you spend some time on here, and ask questions...the end goal is narrowing it down to one niche, one site, and one traffic method to start with.

But you have to start and take action.
    • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • Take action and take action quickly. You'll learn the rest of it on your way home.
  • I assure you that this is not the secret to earning more than you are now.

  • Let me analyze and answer your posting. Personally, I feel offended.

"... Stop spending so much time on the Warrior Forum!"

Who are you to tell me how much time I should spend on WF. ?

Are you the new sergeant around the forum?

How do you know I'm spending too much time?

In case you wonder, I use my time learning and making a good
living from 70% the information I get from here...

I'm at the point in my business that, I don't even have the need
to use an alarm clock and you're telling me how to use my time?

"Go on... Be brave and break out of the routine of coming
on here, reading some BS and posting some more BS.

What authority do you've to tell me I'm reading and posting BS?

Do you how many people around here have much more authority than you?
They would even dare to post something like you just did.
If they have the need, will be done with suggesting class; for sure.

Next time, before judging, consider "different strokes for different folks"
Or, you could apply the art of asking questions before judging.

  • An hour a week? I spend an hour a day!

The warrior forum is an awesome place to find new strategies and methods as well as making connections.

Let alone all the business I do through it, WSO's, Solo Ads and I get traffic to blog as well.

It's obviously a method that's worked for you but at the moment I'm pretty happy where I am
