Online collection of business intelligence

Please help me with ideas.
I have read that there is a legal side of corporate espionage that is collecting information (business intelligence) available online and selling it to business competitors.
I would like to set up such a business but cannot find any resources on how to set up, market the information, etc.
I can find nothing in this forum under "search." Perhaps I am using the wrong keywords.
Please help. I appreciate anything.
