Want To Sell My Biz - $50k - How?

One of my sites has really take off and is doing about $8k - $10k a month and it seems to be growing as time goes on.

The site is only 2 months old which is shocking I've never had a project take off so quickly..

Now, I'd like to sell my website for personal reasons.

I'd be happy with 5x monthly earnings - $50k.

2 questions

1) Is this a reasonable amount I'm asking for?

2) How would you go about selling this?

I know there's sitepoint but any other ideas (i.e. business brokers, offline stuff, etc)

Thanks in advance.

PS: Anything else I should know - like having a contract in place, legal stuff, etc?

    With only 2 months proven earnings, 50K is never going to happen. Wait, I take that back. With an intelligent person, it will never happen. An intelligent person will expect a full business plan and product so good with tremendous financial projections that it simple "cannot" fail.

    At $50k, you're definately going to need a broker of some kind. No one in their right mind would ever hand over $50k without digging deep into your company records. And anyway, if the company is doing so well, why do you want to sell it so soon? (a valid question Im sure will be asked by a prospective buyer)

    I've seen sites on sitepoint go for 10x earnings w/ only 1 month of revenue. It depends on what the site is, how it is ranked, how you're getting the traffic, etc.
