How are you managing you projects and time

Warriors what are you using for project management and to do list

I have looked just about everywhere for something that I can easily add info and see at a glance what I have done and need to do next.

All of the project management programs I have researched are so involved in setting up and adding info they are a waste of time I could be doing something more productive in actually selling something.

It also must be easy to read and see at a glance the activities.

Any suggetions.

Ed

I use an a ring binder, with everything to do for Monday on 1 page, open it up on Sunday evening to see what's to do the following day. Then Monday DO IT!

It's worked for me over the past 2 years.

*grins* a ring binder IS a stationary supply! Not a program.

Another words, don't make it overly complicated - use paper and pencil

Thanks, I am so conditioned to looking for a software solution I did not see past this instead of doing it the old fashioned way

          thanks for pointing this out

I use .txt file. I have a list that I need to complete
for the month, then when I have accomplished something
I write it down in a excel sheet which is set up weekly.
I do it this way because I often get side tracked
and end up working on other things.

It would be nice to have a software that has a better system.
