Hello guys, how are you doing? I hope you all doing great.

I know that Amazon cookies last for 24 hours and the last cookies
get credits if a sale takes place. My question is, what if I am promoting
a product X and the visitor clicked my affiliate link for the product X, but
he decide to buy another product Y which is related to my product X, so
would I get commission for that Y sale as my cookies are stored in the
user browser?

Thanks.

Yes you get commision for any item the person buys as long as the item isn't on the excluded items list or bought from an external site i.e. not through Amazon itself.

Yep you get the commission for 24hours what he/she buys UNLESS it is from the External Website Ads on the page. If the purchase is MyHabit.com, the cookie lasts
    30days.

And if they put it in their cart, but don't complete the transaction right away you still get credit up 90 days later (when the item expires).
