[OptimizePress Owners] Urgent Notice!!

Check your websites now! OptimizePress changed their licensing servers in the past few days.

If you see a licensing error on your site, you need to upgrade to the latest theme which has the fix. I was running version 1.08 and it wasn't authenticating properly.

1. Go to the new members area Oops! This Content is Members Only – OptimizePress 1 Customer Hub and download the latest version of OP (1.61). You must use this new version. You will need to enter your original OptimizePress logins to get access

2. Upload and activate this new theme on your site (follow our tutorials if you’re not sure how to do this)

3. When asked for your license key, go to our new licensing area at Oops! This Content is Members Only – OptimizePress 1 Customer Hub and enter the URL of your new site including the http and any sub folder or subdomain if you are using those

4. Grab your license key (usually your email address) and paste it into the licensing box

Your site should now license. If you have any further issues please let us know.

Ironic I had this issue this morning...

So I've clicked on the link to Step 1, logged in, clicked on 'Download OptimizePress & Alternative Versions' but then I receive 'Oops! This Content is Members Only'

I've also clicked on the knowledgebase and support but there is no article about it - surely I'm not the only Optimizepress 1 member with this issue?

The member's area is working for me. Sounds like your account didn't get migrated correctly to the new optimizepress1.com servers, maybe?

I don't know. I wasn't very happy about having my site down due to a licensing issue that was clearly their problem.

I'm considering converting my landing pages over to a theme that only calls back to the licensing server during initial installation.

I noticed the same thing Jesus when one of my funnels went down totally and once I upgraded the theme everything was good to go...

Great Post, This should be made a Sticky for OP Users...
