Anyone else buy 'Caffeinated Content' from Kansieo?

Hi guys,

I've recently purchased the above wordpress plugin. I've obviously contacted the maked but he doesn't want to reply to me so I was just wondering if anyone else has had any problems with it?

I think the zip file itself I got from ejunkie is faulty as I keep getting error messages when unzipping. I've uploaded what I can to my wordpress folder but predictably get errors when using it.

I really don't want to have to ask for a refund as I think it might be pretty good for my site but I can't seem to get any support :confused:

    I use CC and its been great. I have heard that Jason doesn't get back to people, but when I emailed him when I had a problem he did respond. That was last year though, maybe he has lost interest in the plugin. he should just outsource customer service if its a pain for him.

    I have it as well, but luckily what I have works. I havent had to get support for it either. But I am a wordpress person so I might be able to help, leave me a pm and I will give it a shot.

    Hi,
    He's about to release version 3.8, if I remember correctly. Regarding the ZIP file, are you using Internet Explorer? I have had problems in the past downloading ZIPs via IE. Try it in firefox and see if you have the same issue.

    Some of the zips I've seen from other vendors have problems. While I've not experienced the problems myself, others have.

    The possible issues that have been identified are 1) some zips made on Mac OS produced problems for some WXP users, and 2) eJunkie may introduce some issues with zips produced on Macs for some Windows users.

    I have just purchased this a few days ago and I think mine is okay. If you don't have the zip file downloaded correctly, I can send you mine by email. As I know you need the license key to activate this, so sending your the zip file should be okay.

    By the way, yes I think Jason did not really response to his customers. I have emailed him several times about a question of using this script last week but he did not respond. I used both emails and support ticket system but there was no luck.

    My question is about the images pulled by this plugin when I tried to take out some discussion from Yahoo! answers to my blog. I have no idea where they came from. And I am wondering if there is any copyright issues associated with the extracted images. Any one have more ideas about this?
