How do you get affiliates if your selling services? How do you approach people correctly?

As the title suggests, how do you get affiliates for services? Is there any difference from products to services when it comes to affiliates? How do you approach people the correct way? I saw the JV side of the forum, and I'm confused as to if I need to post there, or do I post in the affiliate program database?

I don't have a list, but a very nice WSO I want to put up in the next few days. I'm not sure how or where to get affiliates, where to post, and how to do this right. This is my first WSO guys so go easy!

Thanks for the advice everyone in advance!

(I hope the question I'm asking here is allowed where I'm posting it. Sorry mod's if I screw this up!)

Your best bet would be to buy a solo ad from guys who sell traffic generation software. These types of solo ads produce the best results because they are lists of a) Buyers b) People who are actually interested in B2B solutions

I mean, product, service...it's really all the same when you get down to it. You're selling something for some price...doesn't really matter WHAT that something is..be it product or service....

Or to look at it a slightly different way...your product is your service. The product you are selling is your service. Make sense?

From an affiliate point of view...it's all the same. Their job is to recommend your product/service to their lists. To get their contacts to buy the thing you're selling. Makes no difference that it's a service or product or whatever.

When you list your WSO you should do it through Warrior plus... When you do, you can make it available for affiliates to promote...

If it's your 1st WSO, you want to get as many affiliates on board as possible, to you should offer the highest commission % you can afford...

So many people get this wrong. They create the product and service, spend a heap of time getting it right, and then at the last minute they start trying to look for affiliates.

Affiliates are the be all and end all for a lot of promotions in this industry. Sad but true.

Affiliate recruitment should be something you start when you are creating your product. It's just as important as the product or service because without it, your product can be great but you won't sell much of it. You'll be limited to the amount of people you can send to that offer.

So why not delay your launch a little and spend more time on affiliate recruitment. Most affiliates don't like promoting products that have been out for more than a week or two so you have to have your affiliates all on board and ready for the main launch.

One of the best ways to attract affiliates is by offering them 100% commissions. It could be a $12 e-book. Give your affiliates 100% commissions on the $12 e-book (loss leader) but then have multiple upsells, this is your backend where the real money is made.

i agree. And if you break up your product into sections and make it a monthly subscription service, you can continue billing your buyers. That way even if you offer your affiliate 100% commission, you can still earn money with the continuous billing.

Thank you for your input, but what if it's a service your offering (to be more specific) and its 299 bucks... and 3 different packages. Now I'm trying to figure out how to make 3 separate packages in the wso pro... again, another conundrum...

Thanks a lot guys for your input, I really do appreciate it!!!
