Finding JV's in a short period of time?

I am releasing a product on very soon and I need JV's. I know getting JV's to promote your product is a process of building a trusted relationship and to promote each others product launch's etc. But is there anywhere were I can get real quick exposure for my new product launch and if anyone has any tips or advice as to how I can turn this into a good launch in such a short period of time. If I could get a handful of heavy hitters then the launch will go very well. Please let me know what you think?

    If you rush your launch your results will reflect that.

    Affiliates have so many products to choose from nowadays that you really need to stick out if you want any chance of having good affiliates promote for you. It's definitely not just something to rush. You need to work at building those relationships and doing things for others before you expect them to do things for you.

    You can go and list your product on the main JV boards such as WarriorJV.com and Muncheye.com but again, you must understand that the real affiliates (the ones you want promoting) plan their promotions out weeks and weeks in advance.

    What's the rush? Why not delay things a few weeks and do a better job at getting some big affiliates on board. You can just launch regardless but if you make very few sales then is there really any point? No successful launch these days is without affiliates. Just keep that in mind.

    I completely agree that you should not do such a quick launch where you are desperate for JV partners. It is so important that you develop good relationships with JVs. You do not want to get into a situation of you "scratch my back and I scratch yours."

    Your launch is part of building your overall business success and having good relations with those who promote your products with confidence and you can do the same for them is the best JV venture to get into.

    Thanks for the quick advice, I was thinking of putting the launch back another 3-4 weeks or maybe even a bit longer but I have recently ran into some finical difficulties so I was hoping to get it out quicker than expected. I will definitely take your advice on board.

    It's definitely worth taking your time and doing it properly. If you're really in a rush then focus on a diy approach. Press releases, videos and social marketing if done right can get amazing results (and catch the eye of possible affiliates).

    If you don't have relationships, the only thing you got is numbers.
    So you better make sure it has a good EPC (earnings per click)...

    Affiliates are attracted by Earnings per click / value to their lists.

    If you can offer something in return, they might be more likely to promote. Try approach sellers... Check marketplaces, or more famous competitors in your niche (if you're selling a complementary product).
