Selling SEO to a Client

Hi there,

I'm doing an SEO presentation for a client that doesn't know what SEO is and why it is important. I'm tasked with teaching them about SEO and then create a customized strategy for them.

Are there any nice Powerpoint presentations/white papers/articles that you have seen that helps to sell and explain SEO?

I want to focus on the customized strategy slides and not have to spend too much time coming up with convincing statistics or statements about why you should invest in SEO.

    Is like selling rocket plans to a first grader. Your best bet is to try and get your foot in the door first, and build them a website, mobile site or logo. Once you have their trust you can always sell them seo later.

    I always start an seo conversation with, "you know those words you type in Google to find what you want? well those are keywords. If your website is not on the first page when people types those keywords, you won't make any money "
