I was planning to design a popup form for my women's health site.
Can you give me an idea as to what must be the wordings inside the popup form?

    What is the offer you are trying to 'sell' -- whether free or paid.

    Impossible for us to offer any type of ideas without knowing the call to action you are trying to get people to take.

      I am offering free advice for weekly newsletter on how to take good care of yourself especially on female.

    Well personally I think newsletters aren't a great enticement. It may not be the case in your niche and so you might want to test that. But I feel you need a stronger reason these days to get people to part with their email address. What is the #1 thing the person visiting your site is struggling with? Create a free valuable report or video that talks about that one thing and gives them one single 'ah-ha!' moment. That should be your incentive for people to optin. I think it would do much better than just another weekly newsletter.
