Won't be worth more than $20...

I can create PR3 in 40days or less..

The pagerank doesn't give it any more value than any other domain, particularly PR 1. I hope you didn't pay much for it, based just on pagerank.

The domain's value will be based purely on how much someone is willing to pay for it. It's pretty much up to you to find the buyer for it, but any kind of estimation without knowing more about the domain isn't possible.

Are you just selling the domain name or is there a website? If there is a website, is it making any money?

Don't take this the wrong way but the only info we have is that it's a PR1 domain, nothing else.

For all I know it might be sjdfdsljgfl.ru. or it may be car.com

Either way, without knowing what the domain is, no one can help. Even then, it's only worth what someone will pay for it, as Suzanne mentioned.

It's worth exactly what YOU paid for it, until you find someone who wants it more than you do.

The domain isnt worth anything unless you find the right buyer and sorry but PR 1 isn't all that great. A buyer will be looking at keyword density, domain age, top level domain, prior seo/marketing on the domain, and sometimes alexa and pagerank.

That is just in my experience buying and selling domains.

    Hope that helps!

Take whatever it's earning during a month period and then multiple it by 10, that will give you a general idea on what it's worth.

If it's not earning anything then you need to research and find out what kind of demand that domain name has. Some basic market and keyword research will give you an idea.

Bottomline: it's worth whatever the market will bear.

    Thanks to all...

This is the domain name I have bought http://sebastianinlandharbor.com/ but not just a lot of money I've spent. I will just optimize this site and use this for SEO since PR1 is useful for SEO according to my research.

It is easy for me to build this site since I am a website developer but new to internet marketing.

  • If you can get it up to PR4+ you might have something, but for now it is only worth what you can get out of it. $20 or so just for the domain, if you're lucky.

Well, I have bought it for 2$. I will just make it into affiliate site or eCommerce. Then I will do an email marketing since I do have thousands of email accounts across in the US.

This is the first time I am into internet marketing and wanted to spent a little money to start of. I'd rather to choose this than to get employed. I wasn't able to get paid with my previous employer.

If you build something on the website though then it could be worth more.
