Did WordPress do away with that second line of tools?

I just updated my WordPress to 3.6 and started to post and wanted to make an H2 header and I don't have the second line of tools, the Kitchen Sink I think it ws called, and no button to display it. WTF

Did WordPress do away with it, or am I doing something wrong?

Any way to get it back?

    I am an idiot, if I had been in visual, I would have that toolbar, but I failed to see that I was in text mode. It is hard for me to distinguish.
