Where would you advertise?

A website has a PR5 and an Alex rank of 1.500.000, he asks 50$ for a DF article on his website.

OR

A website has a PR2 and an Alex rank within the first 100.000, he asks 50$ for a DF article on his website.

Where would you advertise?

The websites are the same, same subject (Your niche), same position article, so perfect to compare.

    PR and Alexa rank have little to do with each other. In fact, you can buy services to boost Alexa artificially. You can also buy services to boost your PR through backlinks.

    Buy or don't buy based on other considerations.......

    Forget both of those (For what you are trying to accomplish with a guest post).

    Figure out their traffic metrics.

    How much traffic?
    How long do the users stay on a site?
    Are the users targeted towards your own website?
    Are they going to connect with your pitch?
