How to Remove publish Article

Hello Webmasters,
Someone post a negative review on pissedconsumer.com against my client. so can you please give me suggestion how can i remove it or how can i hide it from 1st 3 google SERP.

    Rank high authority social profiles above it, Think FB, Twitter, Linked, Tumblr, YouTube Etc. Get all of these social sites setup with URLs that include the keyword (probably company name) and build links to them. Additionally the quickest way to deal with something like that is still simply place a bunch of positive reviews alongside the bad one, and drown it out...
