Ideas for finding sponsor for a client?

Just got a client that has a "special case" business that runs on sponsorships (non profit). They've agreed to give me 50% of any sponsorship I can get for them...

The business is pizza related.... Where should I search for a sponsor do you think?

    Do the people who are sponsoring this non-profit venture realize only 50% is actually going to the cause?

    Maybe I am misunderstanding, but it sounds a bit unethical to me.
