Are there any good automated Facebook fan page programs out there to bring in likes and or friends?

    Not sure about automatic programs, though I would say that if you do find one they are often bot accounts and Facebook has gotten good at removing these lately. Even likes from Fiverr gigs can often just be bot likes and get deleted by Facebook easily.
