Building A List With Adswaps and Solos

I'll start with a quote:

“Many companies haven’t gotten around to making a customer list. Operating without a customer list, a practice rampant among small business, is a strong indication you ought to think about going into another line of work.” -Jay Conrad Levinson, Guerrilla Marketing

One of the best ways to get "instant results" in the world of internet marketing is have a targeted audience (subscriber/customer list).

Anthony Morrison shared interesting statistics. He got an email list of 10,000 subscribers. Then he send just a single email to that list to a Clickbank offer. The results were 453 clicks. Over the course of 48 hours, he made over $11,000. That's just with 10,000 list. Now, of course, those results are NOT typical, but they are a FACT.

Building a list is an expensive venture. When I say expensive, I do not mean just money. It requires time, effort and building relationships with potential partners.

Adswaps is the FREE and best way I know to build your list quickly. You have to find someone who has the same size list as yours and offer a free giveaway to that list. When exchanging emails or messages back and forth, you'll know if that person is a good partner.

Solo ads can be expensive, depending on the person who's doing it. But if you do not have a large list and want someone to promote for you., then that's a good option. Solo ads differentiate from paid advertizing by the fact that list owners are already recognized authority figures. When they email for you, they transfer the trust to you. Paid advertising, such as PPC, CPV, PPV, CPM, etc., is COLD traffic. It tends to convert worse than the solo ads traffic.

Hope you'll find this useful.
