Transfering namecheap error message

Hi..

I am trying to push a domain to another namecheap user (never done this before) and get this message...

Opps! We are unable to push the domain into another account. Please try again later. Reason is Listed below.

Destination user *********, doesn't have proper address in his/her profile. Contacts cannot be changed automatically. So, please change the contact information option and try again

What do I need to do?

    Hiya Chris

    You need to tell the person you are pushing the domain to to fill out their address in their Namecheap profile.

    Once this is done the push will go through.

    Lol this has happened to me loads of times.
