Targeted Traffic

Ok, my site is pretty much set up for email opt in now. I need to know the best way to get targeted traffic for my niche? I am doing the little bits else but I need to make my purchase of Aweber worth while! It's only $1 this month but that will change to $19 so I need to get subscribers!

    I would do a quick search using the search function on the forum for traffic ideas. Without knowing exactly what niche you are in, it is difficult to give focused ideas. Targeted people can be found where they hang out - forums, chat groups, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, bloggers (commenting);

    For developing a list quickly, you'll want to invest in some solo advertising. Once you build a list of at least 400 or so, you can do ad swaps (find people in the JV forum here).

    But, it is important to do both - invest in some quick growth while developing a way of adding people to your list over time using forums, articles, guest posting etc.

    What niche are you in? If you are in the mmo then you can use this forum to begin building your list.

    If you have a blog then you can begin commenting on other blogs.

    Or you can start with paid traffic generation methods. It just depends on what type of marketing strategies you want to begin with.

    There is so much information on this forum that will help you learn everything you need to know about generating traffic using both paid and free methods.

    There are so many ways to get targeted traffic and it's hard to tell what works for you best. Do some experimenting. It may take a while but the results can be very rewarding.
