When Is The Last Time You Created Content ?

Would love to know how often you create new content. Content can be in any format - videos, articles, blog posts, slides, audios etc. Just want to know how often you create content.

Please answer these two questions -

1) How often do you create new content ?

2) When is the last time you created a new content ?

Thanks for your replies...
Dr.Spencer Jones

Update: From all the replies, everyone seems to be creating lots of content. Now my question is why do you create content ? Please take a moment to select an option in the poll above. Thanks...

    Spencer,

I know this may sound crazy, but I try to create content every day of the week that I'm working, and multiple times a day at that.

Of course, my definition of content may be different than yours. I try to give value in every email, forum post, blog post, and product that I create. So I consider "content" to be anything that I write that others will see.

    The best to you,

    Steve

I created 28 videos in the past 2 days.

Use EZVid (Google it for download & YouTube it to figure it out......it's SIMPLE to use).

    Just slideshows with music.

First thing you have to do is change the description, followed by changing your audio to a YouTube approved Track.

It depends on what I'm doing, but I would say as often as I need to.

It doesn't matter how much or how little content you produce or when. Instead, it's more about how much of an impact your content has. In my eyes, quality always wins the battle against quantity.

Produce content that you know that you would love personally. Create work that people will want to share and tell their friends about. Give it all you've got. Don't just create stuff to "have it be there" - create content to make a difference!

That's when beautiful things really start to happen

      Well said Bhuff,

I'm creating my videos for people that might want to buy the channel.

I'm narrowing down my niches to the point where folks will be fighting to buy it just so their competition doesn't get a hold of it first :=)

      Best,

I create content daily, actually have a schedule - daily blog posts, articles, videos weekly and paid content for membership site and paid products. Some days I spend 1-hour on content, other days I spend several hours depending on where I am with overall schedule, product launch plan, etc...Do try to take Sunday's off, not always, but often.

I create content on a daily basis. If I want great content i'll write up to 2 to 3 pieces of content a day. If I want tier 1 content, i'll write between 8-10 a day, or i'll outsource it.

Last time I created content? About 15 minutes ago...

    Regards,

    Lee

  • As a freelance writer I create content every single day.

I'm just starting to try to focus a little bit more on creating content for my own projects rather than just for customers.

I write 24/25 articles per month, so kind of "one per day, most days, with a few days off" ... and then I re-use that content relentlessly - as content for my sites, content to syndicate (unedited/unamended) as widely as possible, and content to add on to my various autoresponder series (usually after some quick re-writing/re-arranging).

Those 24/25 articles cover all my content needs for 8 entirely separate, unrelated niches (i.e. three articles per month, per niche, which is plenty for a full-time article marketing business: it's enough for me to fall behind sometimes, and write only 16 per month instead of 24, without it making much real difference, so I have room for error/delays/problems built in there).

I've done an article yesterday and one today, and I'll do one tomorrow. One article per day "just suits me".

    Every day I create content.

I'm part time, but I focus on video and create at least 1 video per day.

It works. Traffic, training, and connection with people all in one.

I create content every day of the year. Not just words, but also images. Best content is movies. Like an eagle soaring. That helps get a lot of traffic. Worst content is words especially after panda and penguin. Google hates quality content and pretends to help us. Mostly they prefer sites of big name companies. Those often have zero content that is unique.

I'll try to give you slightly different perspective on your question.

If you look at your site/blog... as a business owner, you create content almost every day, but in this case it's more of a outline of the content, and the rest is given/outsourced to the team to, actually, make it content as you see it. The reason for this is it gives you time to think about next steps, further develop ideas, brainstorm, etc.

So, if you want to ramp up your biz, usually this the way you go. Not the only way, but again usual way.

I hope this might be of some (even remote) help to you, especially if you want to develop your business further.

    Cheers,

    Veo

I create content every day. Since I create content both for myself and for clients, content creation is a MUST just about every day of the year.

Don't get me wrong. I do have a family and life. Spending a good amount of time OFFLINE definitely recharges my batteries for when I get back to my laptop and start writing.

For me, content creation on a daily basis is a good habit to have.

I definitely don't create content everyday. I spend more time
consuming content rather than creating it. Whether that is a
good model or not, I find that the more you consume the
better quality you can give out. I hate writing when I have
to write and prefer writing when I have something to write.

I make 2 articles and 2 videos per week. To me, quality over quantity, and, most time is spent for website promotion. Readers are never enough. I prefer to take time to double the eyeballs to existing articles or videos over wasting this time to create more content.

I create content every day. The reasons vary. Sometimes I use it for one or more sites/blogs. Other times it's fiction. Other times, how-to info. I've got thousands of words of unpublished content I can plug in to a number of different sites. Sometimes I just write to please myself.
