Clickbank avg rebill HELP
I am trying to make some sense of the clickbank avg rebill stuff.
I know that clickbank says....
"Avg Rebill Total: This number is only shown if the vendor offers recurring billing products (e.g., products like memberships and subscriptions that regularly bill customers over time). This number shows the average amount an affiliate makes on all of the rebilled sales. Note that this number doesn't include the initial sale amount."
However is that for the actual product?
For example like the novel writing academy has a avg rebill of $290 on clickbank marketplace (vs $190 rebill on cb-analytics)
Does that mean the AVERAGE rebill is $290 for that product?
This product for example is $25 a month which would mean over a year of rebill on average. (of course I understand that the price could have been higher at a different time or the fact that is this only average and all my people could fall off after 1 month)
Is that for the actual product? or just for the vendor and the vendor could have 100 different products?
However when I do a search of their clickbank id like on cb-analytics only one product would come up. (so not vendor id + 1 or 2 etc like some other products do.
I know that product has been around for a long time so maybe that is the case. I still get paid $25 a month off a product I promoted 2 years ago. But only 1 person is left after many many years.
Just trying to figure out if any of these products actually pay what the rebill says they pay on average. Or if this is a vendor thing and no real way to tell how good the product actually keeps customers.
Any Clickbank expert out there can help me with that? Would even be willing to pay a $$$ for your time to ask some additional questions.
Thanks
Steve
